Force Stop the Geneanet App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Geneanet app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Geneanet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Geneanet App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Geneanet app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Geneanet.
