This is ROn from tech, Mr Selane was not able to pull up account on sprint application. It is giving him error that he is not an authorized user.

To resolve T- network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Clear T- App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » T- » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart T-.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click T- » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto T- » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch T-
