When I open my Verizon app it just gives a blank black screen with a ¾ white circle and doesn't do anything. I uninstalled and reinstalled, still nothing. Please help. Thank you muchly.

My Verizon app will sometimes stop working (locked up). Also it allows access but does not provide a log out button. Other people have also observed the same issues. Pixal 6a

Ever since signing up for Verizon accessing My Verizon has failed every time. When I eventually get someone on the phone it's the same thing: temp passwords, reboot app etc. One time I got through to a tech guru who's first suggestion was a factory reset. Right now I've entered my 12th hour on the phone trying to resolve this. My position is that online payment is less, so I'm paying more for a poorer service, especially as I like to autopay. AT&T all is forgiven!
