tv app stopped working on my Moto G5S plus. Error code DFE-1012...worked for years.
Can’t log in using mobile app. I get a Blank page - once I ok allowing mobile app prompt to ‘share info with the website’ The mobile app freezes when trying to log me in.

My Spectrum app is not working after update. It keeps crashing. I have Uninstalled twice to no avail

App not working on my iPad and on my phone it keeps crashing.
Ever since they switched spectrum mobile app to my spectrum app. There has been a lot of issues! Mobile bill statement, call logs, text logs, and data log will not load. Then pops up "We're sorry, we were unable to load this info. Please try again later.". Then in April I could at least go on google chrome on a laptop to spectrum.net. It would sometime load the information. The past month it wont let me do it on either. Called and had a work order put in. They were supposed to call me or email me when it was resolved. Over three weeks and found yesterday they signed off on it and its not even fixed on the app or on the website.

My wifes tv app is not working on her Roku tv she gets everything else! But not spectrum it tells her to log in and nothing works?
Can’t find bill
MySpectrum app will not work on mobile phone since you changed my account number. It worked fine before Spectrum changed account number. Now when I log in I get message that account number has been changed and screen freezes and nothing can be accessed on app. It has been this way for last 3 weeks.
My Spectrum app freezing on screen about new mobile account number. Choices dismiss or learn more but won’t move on stuck on it . I’ve deleted app and shut phone down only to get same results over and over
