6 months agoHI, This tree is connected to ancestry.com trees and is NOT correct. Mary Thomas was born Mary Thomas, her parents as stated on death cert in 1916 , shows parents as Evan Thomas and Sarah Meredith. Ms Hulton has been informed of this and can look it up on death cert records for Pennsylvania. NOW there are many many cousins who are using this same false info, so is your ancestry website looking for correct info on ancestors or can everyone just make up crap.. Someone please assist with and adjustment to this tree of Hulton. 1 year agoI need help getting into my account. I've forgotten my password and do not recognize the phone number you have listed. I just signed up (11/2) for the Premium package. I spoke to someone online and they transferred me to an expert service who wanted to charge me. I've been through that before and it took me weeks to get it straightened out. They charge you $100 upfront and you think you're getting charged $5.00 or some such price. I never saw the option to speak to someone about my account. A live body would help. Please help me get this straight, or I will be cancelling my membership asap.

Disappointed
I can log into the website with no problem and it is in English but when I use the app, my login for the website will not work and when I try to create a tree, it is only in French. Can these issues be fixed?

Why no English language?
One star because I couldn’t even tell you if it works or not because the language is in French and there’s no way to change it. I’m deleting this app.

No longer works
They no longer support this and in March of 2019 they said it was removed from the store but obviously it has not been.
