I can't access the app no matter what I try. I deleted the app and then cleared the storage on my android phone. The manager at the gym also tried as I can't get into the gym without the phone app and I am paying my membership fees.

How to fix Club Fitness + app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Club Fitness + app on iPhone
Update Club Fitness + app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Club Fitness + iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Club Fitness + on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Club Fitness + network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Club Fitness + not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Club Fitness + App
1. On android, goto Settings » Club Fitness + » click [Force Stop]

Update Club Fitness + to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Club Fitness + App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Club Fitness + » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Club Fitness +.

Fix Club Fitness + unable to contact server/ Club Fitness + internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Club Fitness + » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Club Fitness + » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
