Tread and app will not load work outs
App not accessing location.
Peleton classes are not preloading. I hit the button a second time and it asks if I want to cancel. Never progresses. Has worked in past. Do I lose data if I delete, re-install and sign in?
App not working properly. Home page does not load and it keeps connecting/disconnecting from watch. In addition the Just Workout function errors out.
Peloton app crashes when trying to open certain workout class detail pages (opening a selected workout from the main Workouts page). Some open, some crash the app. Workouts are in the Outdoor, Walking, and Running sections. The ones that crash the app are repeatable - i.e. they will crash the app again if another attempt to open is made following restarting the app. Several attempts to update app, app closing and restarting, as well as cycling the mobile phone charger have been attempted. Another member (spouse) does not have this issue with these workouts on her mobile device (iPhone 11). My device details: iPhone 14 Pro Max iOS version 16.3 Peloton App v15.48.0 (590321) Thank you, Brett Berens
For the last 2 weeks I can't run the peloton app on my phone(Samsung galaxy s21 ultra) it crashes either as soon as it opens or 10 seconds later
When using the Total Strength “Program,” app keeps week 2,3, and 4 locked and indicates that week 1 must be completed in order to access next workout but week 1 has been completed.
