FitOn Workouts & Fitness Plans Status

(1) My FitOn app on my phone is not loading - (2) and during my workout this AM session stopped

My Fiton will not connect to my Garmin connect. It keeps telling to connect watch first. My watch is connected? It seems as though it caught in a loop. I have turned both devices off many time to no avail. Have reached out to the Help desk, but they must be stumped as they have not gotten back to me. Thoughts, please>

My app on tv isn't working. It starts up and then crashes. I hope it will be fixed soon.

Hello there, since yesterday I have been unable to use the app (I have the pro version) on my MacBook. Yesterday afternoon, after working as usual, it stopped in the middle of the programme. Since then the app will load after about 2 or 3 minutes and then, when I pick a workout, it does not download the video. I have tried restarting device, my internet is fine.... Could you please help me out? Thanks

The camera stopped working, I was trying to take the progress pictures after I did a workout but it just froze and wouldn't move on to the rate so I have had to skip in order to get to the rating.

I am unable to watch any videos. Looks like it will load but then circle disappears. Resume button shown. I have done a sit down and restart of my device with no change. Please help! I was just getting into the excitement of working out again and loving all the options available. Thanks

The last two days my workouts are not showing as completed. The workout runs, but the clock and the calories do not change.

Sometimes it will load after about 2 or 3 minutes and then I go to my favorites and pick a work out and when I click on it, nothing happens. I have tried restarting device, my internet is fine....very disappointing as I use this every weekday morning! Pease help.

Hiya, App keeps freezing on open workout screen, keeps trying to load (circle starts, stops & disappears, start button is stuck on resume). What do you suggest to cure problem? Many thanks, Kia ora, Janet

My computer suddenly is having trouble downloading videos from your site. The screen almost plays (flashes the beginning screen) and then goes blank when I try to play a video.
