I have and Iphone 14 plus. When I try to open the app it opens for a second then closes. I have tried restarting phone and watch. I have also looked for updates. How do I fix this?
My charge 5 won’t sync and the app closes as soon as it’s opened. The iphone cannot find the charge 5 to connect to blue tooth. This morning the charge 5 showed 100% charge, but did not clear yesterday’s steps. I cleared personal data from the charge 5 and deleted and redownloaded the app. Now the app won’t stay open at all, and the charge 5 showed 7% battery.
Fitbit app keeps clashing
Fitbit app doesn’t open. I open it and it crashes after a split second. Problem started this evening. Have tried deleting and reinstalling. Doesn’t work. Am on iPhone 14.
Sice yesterday Fitbit app on iPhone flashes for a second and then crashes.

Fitbit charge will not sync to app. Updated phone and app, deleted app, reset network on my phone, hard reset phone, shut off wifi, did it all 100 times. Still won’t sync
Cannot get fitbit charge 5 steps to sync on UHC renew rewards. I have deleted fitbit and UHC mobile apps from Iphone and reinstalled. Nothing helps. Please advise. PS spent an hour on phone with UHC rep who tried to assist., spent 45 minutes with fitbit rep. Nothing works !!
When I open the app, it opens for a second, then immediately closes. Using iPhone 11, fully up to date and app version 3.62 (updated 29/6/22).

fitbit app stopped opening. Checked my stats on it last night, but this morning after my walk, the app won't open and just keeps returning to Home page on iphone 12. Tried: * turning phone off, then on * tried closing all open apps * deleting a bunch of pictures/files/emails * tried deleting fitbit app and re-installing * deleted fitbit app, turned off phone, turned phone back on, re-installed fitbit app please advise
Today my Fitbit app won’t open, just goes back to my home app screen. So far I’ve powered my iPhone off and back on. That didn’t help it.
I cannot sync my iphone to my fitbit charge 4. When I go to my account I am sent to "set up my device". "Set up my device": I follow the instructions until "found it", "connecting", "something went wrong, abort, retry". I do not use bluetooth.
