Do NOT use! When I was unable to EVER reach anyone by phone I immediately cancelled my membership before it even began! Of course they charged my Credit Card before product even shipped! Disputed it! Now they keep sending me notices & Im afraid they’ll try to charge my card again! Lots of complaints @ the BBB! Beware
I paid $249 on January 30th and don't know where to go from here. I haven't received an email from LifeMD letting me know what the next steps are. Please help as I would like to get started.

Expect it to take months before anything even gets rolling, including replies to messages. It took some constant messaging, some answered and some not, to get the initial steps going. I think they may actually mean well and to perform the service they sell but they are probably too overwhelmed with clients to serve all of them. I gave up and put in my cancellation request. On that note, yes you have to explain your desire to cancel and submit it. I don’t know yet if my cancellation has yet been approved.

Kept me waiting four months before I could get an answer on insurance. Then when I didn’t have coverage I told them I’d pay and how long would it take. Then they said I had to start over with a new provider and it would be weeks before I could get medication so I cancelled the membership. Then then next week they shipped medication to me. WILD.

I signed up for a six month program. At the end of six months they tried to charge my card for a full years subscription (almost $800) without any notice. When I tried to contact them I got no response. I tried 3 times to reach someone in customer service and never got a reply. I just received automated emails back. As for the medical side of thing, I spoke to the same provider in the beginning a few times, and then different providers every time after that. Some were professional, one was incredibly rude and wouldn't answer any questions I had. Overall, I wouldn't sign up for this program again, and I definitely don't trust their billing department.
