Gerald had me approved for $33 and said I would get it by August 10 I never received it and they took the money out of my account to repay something I never received and they're just giving me the runaround or not even answering my messages. I've been requesting that they return the money they took and I still haven't heard anything back from them

These people are predatory and fraudulent. False adverting. Your customer service is non existent. I needed emergency gas money after leaving my wallet with family. You sure as hell took $9 subscription fee and then another almost $5 for quick access to money. You used my bank card to get that money asap but you will not verify my card so I can transfer money that I badly needed. I can not get any help from any of you people for days now. I will be filing a police report for fraud, with the FEC for wire fraud and contacting apple App Store to have your app removed. YOU ARE HARMING HUMANS WITH YOUR FRAUDULENT NONSENSE. HONEST TO GOD, HOW DARE YOU. WE NEED A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THESE LIARS.

I sent a transfer using my virtual card for an instant transfer? Funds are still not available. It's saying the expected deposit would be April 20th. But thats if you done the bank transfer. I the cash and virtual card to transfer

Possibly the worst app.

I’ve been struggling for weeks to get my account closed or at least unlink my bank account from the app since I have not actually used the apps benefits. I’ve been charged a fee for the services and my account continues to be open. When I initially signed up I thought I would be using it but after encountering countless of technical errors and fallouts I knew that the hassle was not worth the the services provided, i. e very limited amount of services provided. Well what do you know? It’s almost impossible to do anything on the app without it force closing or crashing. Support is non existent. I have emailed the “support team” twice with weeks going by and no response. When you are in the app and try to reach out to chat support you get the same “unavailable” message. It’s almost like it’s done on purpose to prevent you from canceling. It’s probably been one of the most frustrating part of my week. Anyways, I’ve reached out to Apple, working hard to submit enough feedback to hopefully get this app removed from the App Store all together. I believe that Apple has a policy on ethical business practices & unfortunately this app does not align with that.

The app needs revamping, it’s unclear what you’ve been approved for with the overdraft since they approve you then suddenly you’re on the “overdraft waitlist”, and it’s also unclear when and how you pay it back. There’s no easy way to reach support and the moment they can’t pull your $9.99 subscription fee, your overdraft is revoked. Most companies tell the customer ahead of time when their subscription payment will renew, and you’re also given a few options to pay back what you’ve used from the overdraft. This app looks more like someone slapped it together and doesn’t care how it works or what the customer is aware of, and frankly for $60 in overdraft, a $9.99 subscription fee is a little steep. Pretty bad experience thus far.

They will trick you!

I was seriously in need of like $50 to buy some groceries for my kids because I’m still a week away from payday. Not even once did the app ever show anything that described that what they give is an overdraft protection amount that can ONLY be used towards bills. You have to connect your bill providers. That is of no help to me. I paid the $9.99 to make my account premium to convert the $58 to cash but now it’s going to take up to 3-7 days for it to hit my account. So no help at all. Thanks a lot Gerald. I do not recommend this service at all.
