I cannot access my Pei app every time I open it it closes right back I am trying to cash out my money
Cashouts stay "in review" status. And never get processed. If you contact support they do not respond, aside from the automated one saying they are experiencing high volume. So if they don't let you get the cashback and charge high fees for btc, no use in this app. I was gonna pay the fees due to cashback would cover those costs, but they won't actually process the cashout.
My account has not been activate since 18 Sept. I think it’s corrupt.
There is no longer an option to cash out. I have messaged customer service twice with no response. I'm on board with the class action lawsuit. It is not supposed to be this complicated.
