Attempted several times to cancel my loan. Replied with as soon as funds are deposited, transfer will be reversed. That was 2 wks ago, still not canceled. 1st payment coming due and I dont think it is right for it to be taken out due to me requesting to cancel the loan on multiple occasions!

These guys are really bad! Stay away. So I had a loan from them For $90 thinking I was a payday loan not an actual loan. It was broken down to 4 payments every two weeks. I made one payment on due date then on my next due payment I had a problem by my bank account so I reschedule for a later date because there was an option for another 2 weeks later. By the next due date I still had a problem with bank account so I try to reach them so I can cancel my payment I can send them a money order but they did not respond. They responded after my bank declined it so I got a fee from my bank. So I told them I would send a money order for remaining balance. They told me that they will mark my account as paid off and on time. One week later I get a email saying there will be a payment due and coming out of my account. I email them that I had paid this account in full, got a response saying don’t worry it was a computer error it won’t charge your account, but it did so I got another fee from account. After I had paid this off. And I found out the next week they reported my credit report being 30 days late after they told me it was paid off and on time. So I emailed them, they told me that they made a mistake and that by law they had to report as being 30 days late. After they told me it was paid off and on time. I have evidence on my email about all this so please stay away from this application they are bad business!

I never write reviews... EVER! But I wanted to make sure to write this one to at least put the warning out there so that someone else’s credit isn’t ruined as well.

I tried this app out because I was in between jobs (two weeks off) and thought it might be an easy solution to get my by, and definitely seemed easier and cheaper than doing a payday loan, it has been the complete opposite.

First off, my email changed because of work and I was unable to update it on their site, so I contacted support.... four days later, a general response instructing me how to change it. I followed those instructions, still can’t log in. Contact support for help logging in... countless back and forth emails about “screenshots while it’s happening” and all this, which I sent eagerly... still nothing. Asked for a phone call, numerous times, like the site says... no phone call. It’s been two months of trying every day to get into my account.... still can’t log in, still can’t talk to a live person, and now I’m two months late on my payments. Tried to pay over the phone so I can just get rid of it, nope, they don’t do that. You call the “customer support” number and they say that they’re not answering the phone “so they can serve customers to the best of their ability”. The entire thing is a joke! Save yourself......

I don’t think I’ve ever written a negative review of a company but I am now. Last year my credit took a hit because I was out of work. I read about Possible and thought it sounded like a good, and easy, way of getting a boost to my credit score. I applied for, and accepted, a small loan that I paid back in full with ease — no late payments or issues. They did report to all three credit bureaus as promised that helped raise my score a few points. For that reason I took out a second loan hoping to increase my credit score by a few more points. A few days ago I got alerts from the credit bureaus that there was a negative strike on my reports and my credit score dropped by 30 points. Turns out Possible Finance reports your account as CLOSED upon full loan repayment. They don’t do anything about it either—I contacted support and received a canned response apology stating they don’t have control over how the credit bureaus interpret the reporting. I’m now completely screwed because, after repayment of my new loan, expect my credit score to drop another 30 points. I’m physically sick over this as I’m out of work due to COVID and now my credit is destroyed. I reported them to the BBB in the hopes something can be done to erase these marks and make this entire experience go away.
