- Difficulty with depositing checks, especially with the back of the check.
- App kicks user out and requires sign-in again when switching tabs.
- Tap to take a picture of the back of the check requires multiple taps and sometimes going out of that screen and coming back in.
- Automatic transfers fail randomly.
- Opening a help ticket is useless because if the agent doesn't respond within 2 minutes, it closes the ticket.
- Responding in the chat window doesn't count as doing activity on the website, so if the user forgets to arbitrarily click around the website while waiting for the ticket to be responded to, it closes the ticket.
- Logging in is weird and inconsistent.
- Home page is bad and accounts should have their own card.
- Cannot change date nor amount of a scheduled payment on mobile devices.
- App is slow, tedious to use, and has advertisements on the main screen.
- Process to set up and sign into the app is not user-friendly.
- Cannot edit payments in the bill pay function through the app.
- Payments stopped functioning and needed to be redone.
- Chat service queue is long and if there is a 2 min lag waiting for response, the chat ends and the user has to start all over.
- Functions show up as not available and user cannot call for help.
- Mobile deposit was declined without notification.
- Less access to basic information and information on transfers prior to the update are no longer available.
- Layout of the screens is overwhelming and difficult to quickly find transactions.
