Weather Bug app keeps crashing on my Galaxy A13 phone

Dear Sirs, WeatherBug will not open on MacOS Sonoma 14.5, neither and I have not been able to find a way to close it; it does not appear on the "Force quit Applications" list. Kindly let me know how I can close it; once closed I will be able to delete it and install a new version on MacOS Sonoma 14.5. Many thanks

Since the last update, not displaying forecasted wind velocity in hourly forecast

I am unable to change the location or delete a location I no longer want.

For over a month now I am unable to select a local weather station. When I click edit there is no response. For over a month now I am unable to send feedback. When feedback is selected from menu, the 'share' information is provided. If I select share, it is the same information that is provided when feedback is selected. I have never had any issues with this previously and am surprised it hasn't been fixed.

I think my weatherbug is causing music to randomly play on my phone. Others on forums have said it was the app so as the music played i uninstalled weatherbug and sure enough the music stopped. Coincidence? Idk anyone else have this problem?

Yesterday the radar map on my wife's phone switched from Google Maps to Mapbox, and she is unable to switch it back. My identical Galaxy S10 phone is still using Google Maps. How do we restore Google maps on her phone?

While using the radar scanning part of WeatherBug, it goes real fast and jerky. I can not find any where to make adjustments. I’m using an iPhone SE. My wife is using the same phone and she doesn’t have a problem. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

WeatherBug (android) shows -100° for Tempe, Arizona. Have rebooted the phone, uninstalled & reinstalled app, rebooting between each step & have cleared the cache & data.

Desktop Will Not connect to internet... I use an ethernet connection to my router. The app doesn't recognize my connection. I switched to a wireless connection and get the same results. It says " No Internet Connection Detected ". I even tried running it with Admin rights.... Same result. I'm running Windows 10 Pro...

I have an iPhone13Pro. I've had WeatherBug app running with no problems. Recently, I removed WeatherBug. When I went to the App store to re-install it the App says "Open" not the usual download arrow seen when re-installing an App. When I click on Open the App works fine. It has all my old preferences and favorite locations, etc. The trouble is the WeatherBug App icon is not visible on the Home Screen. I cannot find it anywhere. Can you help me find the icon? I downloaded the WeatherBug app for Mac and it does not work and I can not remove it. When I try to drag it to the trash it says it is in use. I restarted my machine and same thing happens

I'm in Florida. I drive a motorcycle daily. I rely on your app to avoid things like lightning. When the screen shifts from Africa to Florida it no longer displays the state by recognizable features such as roads and cities nor does it show any weather at all. There are instead shades of green moving around aimlessly covering the state on the screen.

I've given up on WeatherBug for desktop and laptop use. I did find an alternative called WeatherMate by Ravi Bhavnani that does what I want and has been recently updated. I'm not affiliated with this program and I did scan the file with Malwarebytes and found it clean. I mainly just wanted an icon that displays the current temp in the notification area. It does that well and more.

It says 'no internet connection detected' I am connected, it is allowed on my Norton firewall, it worked for years until about 6 months ago. I'm using Windows 10 and using Chrome and have had the same computer a Dell, for three or four years, I'm located now in Lima, Peru and it will not work with either my VPN or with it disconnected but it worked for me both in the U.S. and here. Thank you. I tried downloading it and deleting it repeated times.

I received an email that weatherbug has shut down the Windows program. "Thank you for your email! The WeatherBug application for Windows Desktop is no longer available. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused you. You can still use other available WeatherBug application that suits your needs." I'm looking for something else now. My weather station is now off of their systems.

Weatherbug no longer connects on my Windows 11 machine. Reports I have no internet connection, which is wrong. Sometimes after it's up for a few hours I notice it has connected again, but it in general it just doesn't work - even after uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times -during one day, or over the course of several days. I notice people have been reposting this at least since March 2022. Is this page even monitored by anyone at Weatherbug? Is there a fix? Or is there at least a fix in the works?

I am having the same problem with Weatherbug for my pc. I still can't get it to connect because of "no internet connection." I did find a workaround. I downloaded Bluestacks App Viewer, went to Google Play store from within the Bluestacks app, and downloaded Weatherbug. I can now view WB through Bluestacks as an app. It won't show an icon at the bottom of my screen, but I can leave it open through the viewer app.

I am frustrated that Weatherbug tells me I have NO INTERNET CONNECTION when I do. I used to count on WB but have uninstalled, reinstalled and still it doesn't work. Now I am finding I am not alone. Many others are encountering the same problem. Is it ever going to be fixed?

Sometimes it comes on then it can be 10 min. and its not working. States no internet, which is wrong. Its very frustrating!!

New update, weatherbug has started working again 2022 08 02, so far so good, just had to reset location, works perfectly again

Weather bug for my PC is hit or miss! I have windows 11 & sometimes when I start my computer, weather bug comes on & sometimes it doesn't. It's very frustrating because I've read where they are saying it no longer works for newer windows, but it does....at times. Please fix.

For the last few months when I reboot my PC, WBug will say no connection detected. If nothing in 15seconds- check your internet, then check that WB is allowed thru firewall. I let it sit for 10 minutes to a day and it pops up. Haven't seen a map that showed locations for almost a year, but I sure can see the waether! I just don't know where in the world the weather is, or covering how much OF MY area. Last few days- no connection whatsoever! I've used WBug for almost 20yrs! Over multiple PCs(work & home) & Android devices. This is the worst stretch of issues I've ever had. And all thru last yr they had a banner stating new WeatherBug coming in (now I don't remember, I think it was 2021!) but we get no updated WB :-( It's always been allowed thru firewall, I triple check, still allowed. I completely uninstalled and removed every pc(one thinks!) and still have the connection issue. From looking at this page, many other people are also having this issue. WeatherBug! WeatherBug takes 20 to 30 seconds to bring up the temp. It used to be instant.

I constantly receive an error message telling me that it can't connect to the internet. I've gone as far as removing and re-installing daily which was working, although annoying. Now today that no longer is working. A lot of people rely on this.....FIX IT

pretty much the same as most in here, mine just stopped working a couple days ago with black screen message (No internet connection detected), while bottom of weatherbug connects to weatherbug site no problem, so i reinstalled and still no glory using admin status on windows 7, please fix issue

It is inexcusable WeatherBug has made no real effort to correct the PC display problem. I am a longtime professional meteorologist whose Buffalo tv station used to carry WeatherBug as a sponsored feature. I can't imagine you are unaware how many tens of thousands of users your inaction is offending by this inaction. Please "get on the stick" and fix it -- ASAP!

Everyone don't waste your time in reporting that your weatherbug, is not working on your PC's It's no longer available for computers. I uninstalled it from my desktop and my phone and I am going with something else I will never download weatherbug again unless a 3rd party picks it up and do something with it to make it work.

About three months ago I started getting the same message "no internet connection detected" It originally would come on later that day, and some days it would load right up. Now it never comes up just the message. I have uninstalled and re-installed several times with no help.

I have been using the Weather Bug since I found it when I had dial-up internet. It has been on every computer that I have had and built for friends. It's very accurate with weather alerts. I have depended on it to give me accurate weather information. The weather radio has a use but is not localized. It is for an entire city or county. After so many years of excellent service, I am wondering how all of a sudden there are connectivity issues. How can this happen. I can't tell you how many times I have left my laptop on when I know that there is a possibility of bad weather at night. At my finger tips I have all the information I need. I live in Kansas where Tornado's happen frequently, but yet my most important tool is not working when I need it the most. I am glad the the weather Bug still works on my phone and tablet without a problem. Somehow this issue needs to be fixed!

I downloaded Weatherbug to my Windows 7 Desktop and it says in black "no internet connection", but here is a internet connection, if I didn't have internet connection I wouldn't be able to be here asking these same questions? WeatherBug stopped working for me sometime last month. The error is "No internet connection detected." The firewall settings are open for the app. This is on Windows 10. Please provide a fix for this problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled WeatherBug without success.

I have the same problem as most of the people have complained about....No internet connection. I have troubleshot the program and tried to run it on windows 7 & 8. Very few times that works. And then I run it as administrator and a few times that works. I used to run it as a startup when windows starts, but that doesn't work anymore. I've reinstalled it and that worked for a few days and then the same problem. It's time for you to give us an update or a work-around.

Since first part of June, Weatherbug has stopped working. Black screen that says...no internet. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still says the same thing. My Weatherbug stopped working back in mid June, I have tried everything to fix it but nothing works, all it says is no internet connection. I also remember back around the time it stopped working was when Windows 10 had a huge update so I'm thinking its a Windows issue, they do this crap all of the time with their untested updates. Weatherbug is working just fine on my cell phone so I'm assuming it's the Windows update causing the problem.

Since Weatherbug no longer works, I've been searching for an alternative for Windows 10 that sits in the taskbar and shows the temperature at all times. The one that comes with Windows doesn't do the latter, nor does it show daily and weekly forecasts. Has anyone found an app that will do all of this?

I also had the no internet connection on my PC. I got a reply back from customer support and they said WB no longer is available for PC. I downloaded MSN weather and love it so far.

I often have a problem where WeatherBug tells me it can't find an internet connection when I have a connection. all other applications connect. if it were a firewall issue it would never connect. why is this happening. Please fix.
