Just Play Team App Status

I have a lot of coins but every time the timer stops, it doesn't change my coins into money. The timer just starts again, and all my coins are still there.

Can't cash out! I've tried over and over to cash out but can't please help

I have cashed out plenty of times with just play and today when I tried to cash out it made me do the face recognition. And it says Im assigned to a different account. I don't understand why. I have the same face the same phone. Any help please and thank you

I have been trying for weeks to cash out and it keeps saying there is an error and to email support. I have emailed multiple times but nothing has happened. The PayPal account is tennesseecountryrose@redacted

While playing the games it is not being credited to the justplay app I have tried solitaire and sudoko but no points are being added to the justplay

Everytime I download a game then I get into the game it's say not yet installed

I have been using justplay for months now and I always cash put to my Amazon account. About 3 months ago the justplay cash out link that you follow to paste the security code on won't work. I press on the link in the app to open the url where I paste the security code but nothing happens. I press on the link multiple times still nothing happens. the url is not even highlighted blue. its grey. I have cleared the cache, data, Uninstaller and reinstalled the app but still nothing happens when I try to follow the url to paste the security code. I even went so far as to download the app on another phone and sign in and still nothing happens when I press the link. I successfully cashed out 50$ to my Amazon account. it has not worked since I made 50$ though. I even tried following the link from my email address but again nothing happens

What is the problem with this game my coins are still there but it won't let me get pay this happens 2 weeks ago it finally came back on but took my coins an didn't get paid now it's doing it agian

EVERYONE IS HAVING THE SAME ISSUE ON PURPOSE AND NO ONE RESPONDS TO EMAILS OR MESSAGES!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP, AS ALL UR TIME WILL BE FOR NOTHING. My coins no longer changes into money. The timer refreshes and my coins remain. When contacting all I got was automatic emails and that was weeks ago.

My coins are not resettingbut the goals do.. so it just constantly says I've reached the goal and doesn't have an amount. Has been like this for a week.

it wont let me use the contact support button to send in tickets, I've reset my phone like 50 times n even cleared the apps cache.

I can play games but I'm not earning any coins or money. It was working fine until I got a new phone but I have the same email and the same phone number

I am playing the games but am not receiving any coins for playing I tried to delete all of the games and the app reinstalled the app and still have the same issues

IMy problem is that I have been playing and winning but when I get to the cast out point, 1st it won't let me put my PayPal account information, it tells the there is an error, second when I put my address in it says there's an error with my address. I may have the wrong up apartment number on there for starters, and when I try to change the apartment number in won't let me,nor will it allow me to change the apartment number. Can you please help me
