Force Stop the AskVet App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click AskVet app. » click "Force Stop".

Update AskVet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AskVet App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "AskVet app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch AskVet.
