Summary of ThredUp Problems 🔥

- Occasionally items don’t work out and it’s disappointing

- They took away the free shipping bonus after spending a certain amount of money in a limited time

- Notifications that 30 or more items were added to a sort and there aren’t thirty new items

- Featured items saying “fall dresses” but there are tank dresses and sundresses and so much crap to scroll past that IS NOT fall

- When they mention an item has stains or an issue there would be an additional photos for that item with a focus on what they “saw” as an issue

- Need an update to notifications to give more choices

- Would love a sort option where you could say “not this filter option” like not wool or

- Simply cancelled an order that I placed for no reason

I have an account and tried to download and login to the thredup app. I'm new to it but I get a server error every time I try to login. I've restarted my phone, I have the latest version of software for my phone and I've downloaded, deleted and re downloaded the app a number of times

Hi, I'm having an issue with the app jumping while typing in the current apps valid promo code TREATME. It jumps every other second and bumps it out before I can finish typing the code. I've cleaned out the cache and rebooted but still is jumping.

How to fix ThredUp app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ThredUp app on iPhone
Update ThredUp app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ThredUp iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ThredUp on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ThredUp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ThredUp Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ThredUp not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ThredUp App
1. On android, goto Settings » ThredUp » click [Force Stop]

Update ThredUp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ThredUp App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ThredUp » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ThredUp.

Fix ThredUp unable to contact server/ ThredUp internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ThredUp » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ThredUp » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ThredUp
