Online check-in not working
'application error: a client side exception has occured while loading app.great clips.com (see brows)
The app on my iphone shows nothing. I cannot make any appointment.

"Sorry something went wrong. Salon status not available. Check-in unavailable"
After years of working, I just received this message: "Sorry! Something went wrong. Salon statuses are not available, try again. I try again with the same result. There is also another notification below that says "Check-in unavailable. Online Check-in is temporary unavailable for this salon. Walk-in customers accepted during business hours" I uninstalled then reinstalled with no help. Using LG phone Android. I tried re-starting my phone with no help.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Phone, and my Great Clips App suddenly stop working correctly. I can no longer check in on-line. It was working, but suddenly stopped. When I launch the app, it loads but I receive a notification that says "Sorry! Something went wrong. Salon statuses are not available, try again. I try again with the same result. There is also another notification below that says "Checkin unavailable. Online Check-in is temporary unavailable for this salon. Walk-in customers accepted during business hours". I go to another salon, and it still doesn't work. Since it stopped working, I've attempted to uninstall and reinstall the app, but get the same result. I've made no new setting on my phone since the last time it was working on this same phone. I've powered off and on several times, and all my Samsung A51 s oftware updates are up to date. Any ideas?
great clips app no longer working. uninstalled, reinstalled just get blank green screen.
The app froze upon start up. I restarted my phone without any luck. I un-installed the app. Now all I get is the "Something went wrong. Try again" screen. I've tried again and again without any luck.
I'm unable to check-in to any salon & receive a "check-in unavailable " notice. I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.
I am unable to download the app update. It always asks me to sign in with my Apple ID, then always locks out. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, but only get the older version.
The new app crashes each time I try and open it. It locks up my phone requirng me to reboot my phone. I can't even Uninstall the GreatCips app and I certainly can't make a haircut appointment.
