How to fix Modanisa app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Modanisa app on iPhone
Update Modanisa app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Modanisa iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Modanisa on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Modanisa network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Modanisa Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Modanisa not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Modanisa App
1. On android, goto Settings » Modanisa » click [Force Stop]

Update Modanisa to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Modanisa App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Modanisa » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Modanisa.

Fix Modanisa unable to contact server/ Modanisa internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Modanisa » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Modanisa » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Modanisa
