They take your information and don’t tell you anything good I found the same answers on google and they just tell you to go to the vet !

Why are you guys not giving me the option to remove my credit card. It turns out my dog was not sick so I’m trying to cancel my subscription but you guys won’t give me the option . I literally only had AskVet for a few hours I did not use any information from it. Please help or get back to me

I tried to join back in January of this year, I contacted a member to ask why I was unable to use my membership. They told me that they were working on it and that I could redo my 3 months in February. I contacted them again today and asked for help. Right when I got a notification my account was randomly deleted. I recommend trying another app.

The services of AskVet are quality and really helpful in emergency or stressful situations to help rule out issues before spending $$$ at the emergency vet. However, in a recent emergency during a seizure episode, I tried capturing a video to be able to send our vet, and we were unable to even scroll to click send. AskVet also didn’t have the capacity to save the video to my phone. So the entire message I needed to send including documentation were wasted. Could be dangerous in the future

I’m an experienced pet owner, but I have found AskVet to still be such a huge blessing. My dog became sick and I was unsure if I needed to take him in or wait till morning, and within minutes I was connected to a vet who went through the symptoms with me and what to check for, and then advised me to take him in asap. I don’t have an emergency vet hospital near me, so they found a vet with after hours emergency care for me to contact. While he still passed away that night, it gave us a chance to say our goodbyes that we wouldn’t of otherwise had. And they followed up on him the next day and sent us a gift to remember him by. Worth the money for sure!

I’ve been an this app member for a few months and I’m incredibly satisfied with their services. I love knowing I can always talk to a professional about any and all of my pet care questions/concerns. It’s great that each of my three dogs can have a personalized account at no extra charge. The Rainy Day Fund gives me peace of mind, too. My favorite part about this app is the people - everyone I’ve worked with has been so kind and helpful. I feel like they truly care about me and my pets. If this is the level of service and customer care shortly after launching, I can’t wait to see what’s in store!

I’ve used this app for a while now and I couldn’t be more pleased. Each time I have a question they are there when I need them, even at 3am. I love the help and advice from both the licensed vets and the Care Squad!

AskVet is amazing and the service I received was incredible. The vet provided not just sick care as my pup had some issues and saved me a trip to the vet, but also provided healthcare, preventative advise that will keep my pup healthy. I’m a happy pet parent!!

Can’t say enough nice things about the vets on here. If you travel with your pet, this is a lifesaver. Reasonable price, has saved me 3 visits already! That’s like 150$!! Thanks for being there for me and my pets!!

Was worried about my cat looking like a balloon. Talking to the vets on AskVet , they were super awesome, and it turned out to just be a non-problem that was solved with his next trip to the litter box. A little silly, but it was awesome to avoid a vet trip.

I love AskVet because it allows me instant access to a veterinarian anytime I have questions about my furbabies. Their vets are always so helpful and prepare me for what to expect when I bring my baby in to see his vet. Definitely recommend!!

This is an amazing App. I received 1:1 help from a Care Coach that has created an amazing plan to help me tame my wild dog. He chewed on everything prior to me working with my Care Coach. By following the plan I’ve noticed that not only doesn’t my dog chew on things that shouldn’t be in his mouth, but he is much more well behaved.

Can’t recommend this service enough, I was able to get in contact with a vet in less than 5 minutes. Dr. Headrick was able to provide sound advice and direction while I was at home so that I could take the right steps. Worth the trial and definitely worth a subscription for any pet owner

In this post-pandemic world, having a safe, virtual option that is available to me whenever my pet needs it and not just during business hours is such a relief! I am so happy that veterinary medicine has joined the telehealth service industry and am so grateful to know that they are here for my pets and I in real time. The rainy day fund gives me peace of mind that I’m not alone should I need the support!

I have used the live chat several times to get advice on my pets. It is nice to put my mind at ease talking to a vet about minor things and getting advice that I don’t want to schedule a full vet appointment for. And one time I brought up something that I thought was minor—turns out it wasn’t! They advised me to take him in and it was a much bigger problem than I thought. Thankful to have a vet on call all the time.

This is a great app to help answer all you questions. The vets are caring and helpful. While you can’t get medications or diagnosis over AskVet , you get a huge piece of mind. They can tell you weather you need to seek immediate medical help or if it’s something that can wait. In addition they help with all your questions, no matter how simple they may seem. If you feel like you even have a basic question they can help without making you feel silly. I highly recommend AskVet!!!!

I love the one of one coaching that comes with my membership! It makes it so much more personalized than just generic information from others. I love getting to meet with my care coach as many times as I would like. And they check in with me often to make sure things are going well! Added bonus is the Rainy Day Fund that can be used if I have to take one of my furry friends to the emergency vet after chatting with one of the vets available 24/7! I can not say enough good things about them! Love it!
