App crashes as soon as I open it. Has always been an excellent app in the past. Can’t use it now.
After analysing, the message shows: technical problems ,try later
"technical problem" when using "Analyse". Tried several recordings, all good audio quality, force-clised and restarted app, same issue. Can't do anything at the moment so hopefully will come back later. Normally extremely good app

How do I reset it? I don’t see the reset icon.

Birdnet is no longer picking up the birds it used to pick up. Something is wrong with the database it seems? Or with the app functions.
The app opens and the screen scrolls but no "buttons" work. Recording will not stop. Used to work very well, re-installed but no better. Samsung Note 8. Regards
The birdnet screen seems to be frozen. The app comes up, but is static regardless of icon tapped.
We have two iphones 12 mini, with both the birdnet app, one works perfect, but the other birdnet-app screen comes always up in a yellow screen (instead of blue). And because the birdsounds are also in yellow color, it's hard to see them for making an interval for connection. How to solve this problem? We did already try other colors and we did already remove the app and reïnstalled it, but without results.
I cannot record as I cannot select an interval . Can you help please
This USED TO be my favorite bird sounds ID app. However, the sonogram doesn't work, even though the numbers at bottom of page look Iike it's working. But if I try to analyze it, it say no section was selected. I can't select what's not there...

Keeps saying "sorry we are having technical difficulties. Please try again later" Very frustrating, I'll try Marlin App
No interval selected error message. No solution.. Has worked perfectly for months. Uninstaller and reinstalled didn't fix.
For the past six months at least, it does not recognize most bird songs. It says 'Sorry, we were not able to confidently identify any bird species' yet it was identifying perfectly before. I've uninstalled/reinstalled to no avail. This is VERY upsetting. The creator needs to check his software and make a fix. This is ridiculous.

Website not working for the weekend for me. Can't up audio files at all. get a bad gateway message. This has been happening with increasing frequency this is at least the third time in less than two months that BirdNet was unavailable for over 24hrs. R/ John
Birdnet doesn't identify sounds that previously was able to do it. It appears a lot of not confindent detections. I disinstalled the app and installed it again but the problem persists.
I'm not able to playback saved recordings within the app. Hitting the Play button on an observation, it instantly turns to a Pause button, men then reverts to the Play button - as if the sound of the clip was 0.1s long and had already finished playing. I can listen to the recordings outside of the app. OS: Android 9.
Birdnet unable to recognize Phylloscopus sibilatrix recorded today repeatedly in the Ardennes Massif, France, near Revin. Instead unconsistent proposals (robin).
When I try to view and analyze my saved observations the app just closes down. 6 May 2022
I don’t get a sonogram when I record
I cannot get the app on my iPhone to record, and the Analyze\Save buttons do not activate.
It can't analyse submissions, states technical problems, and asks to try in a few minutes, but I've been trying since yesterday.
Your app on my iphone will not connect after recording sound. I just installed. I get this rollin’ wheel. This page is not very helpfull because clicking “not workin” “crashes” “connection” the site doesn’t communicate it is getting my input, but after 3 clicks I get a message “too many input”.
