Copart app will not open as soon as you hit the icon it closes out I missed 3 sales this week because of app issues

Copart app on my iPhone stopped working. Each lane cycled on the first item in auction and was recording no bids. I restarted my phone and even deleted the app and reinstalled but didn’t work. I tried different auction locations still malfunctioned.
