I had to delete and reinstall the app to get to the menu but when I finished my order a message popped up stating that my order could not be completed due to technical difficulties. The same thing happened to my mom when she installed the app and tried to order.
Good afternoon, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but today was just disappointing. I ordered a greens and grains bowl via the app for pickup as I usually do, but todays bowl was pretty disappointing. First off, they used the wrong rice (I ordered Saffron), and also the portions of rice/super greens were really small. I go to cava regularly, so this was a huge disappointment. Secondly, there were little to no vegetables/ falafel (I usually do half and half) and I had exaclty one falafel and 2 pieces of cauliflower. A lot of the toppings I ordered were not included. They also did not add the lemon herb tahini and the harissa dressing (all of which is in my order). Overall, I’m pretty disappointed because I go to cava at least once a week and todays bowl was not only abnormally small but also hugely lacking in everything I ordered. I hope this can be resolved.
