Jbl Tune 100tws will connect to Bluetooth and play music, however cannot connect them to the app? It seems like a massive problem everyone is experiencing, why hasn't this been made a priority to fix? Why advertise all the things you can do on the app just to not care about people not being able to actually use it?

im trying to find info on pairing my new 510bt headphones to the bt transmitter on my electric guitar. the only thing ,other than basic bt instructions, I can find is how bad the app and customer registration of products services at jbl\harmon is how bad the customer service is. Ive tried no les than 4 times to register several flip speakers for warranty. but have NEVER NOT ONCE been able to register any(6!) of my speakers. please help. this will be my last experience with my favorite sound product if you will not help me. I love the jbl line of audio products but cannot afford to keep throwing good money after bad service. I hear that Sony is a not so affordable alternative..

Hello, I am trying desperately to connect my JBL Wave Flex headphones to the JBL app on my Samsung Galaxy A53. The earphones connect just fine to Bluetooth but the sound level is very low even when I set it to the maximum. I think this is a setting issue because at the beginning it didn't use to be so low. I googled this problem and found that the sound can be adjusted using the JBL app, which I then installed on my phone; however even when the earphones are correctly connected to Bluetooth (I can hear some sound), the JBL app will not find any connected device. Can you please let me know how to proceed?

Like many others, I'm finding it impossible to get my JBL Headphones App to connect to my JBL Tour One headphones. My headphones are bluetooth connected to my iPhone 14, I'm even listening to music. But the app doesn't "see" the headphones and can't connect to them. It advises that I need to connect the headphones to bluetooth, but they already are connected. Super frustrating.

I am having to restart my phone whenever I want to use my JBL Live Free NC+ TWS earbuds, or stop using them and re-establish a connection to another device (notably, Fitbit Versa 3). Also cannot use them in conjunction with my Fitbit, which is disappointing given that these are the third piece in the plan to use Fitbit to control Spotify to listen to through your product. There was a recent update for my phone software that may be causal or coincidental, I had not been using your product long enough at that stage to be certain if the fault was present prior to the update.

You seem to have a unfixed issue with android where the JBL app does recognise the Wave 100 headphones we purchased yesterday. This is a very common issue apparently with most of your products that is damaging your brand and needs to be fixed. We are the end users who have the power of social media and review pages to warn others not to bother with your products, you can't just leave your customers in the dark regarding your software issues. Please do better!

I have a pair of jbl reflect flow earbuds and I also have a pair or jbl club pro earbuds. My phone pairs with both earbuds perfectly but my jbl headphone app shows compatibility with both earbuds but doesn't recognize them as connected so I can't check my best for, adjust equalizer settings or do any adjustments to my earbuds.

App doesn't find headphones in Android 11. "An app is required" when i try to connect Bluetooth device. Pairing is fine but i do see a difference in the device identifier (2 different ones depending on how i connect). Device is a LIVE650. Phone is a Galaxy Note. Device works on older Androids (different phone or tablet). Other headphones (brand new) work perfectly with this phone. I was forced to buy a whole new set from another manufacturer. These JBL ones seem overpriced and dysfunctional TBH. Hope that's enough info.
