How to fix boohoo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the boohoo app on iPhone
Update boohoo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall boohoo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix boohoo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve boohoo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

boohoo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix boohoo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the boohoo App
1. On android, goto Settings » boohoo » click [Force Stop]

Update boohoo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear boohoo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » boohoo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart boohoo.

Fix boohoo unable to contact server/ boohoo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click boohoo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto boohoo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch boohoo
