my phone broke so I got a new one - and transferred everything onto the new phone, but when I try to refresh my steps now in the activity tracker of the alight well app, I receive the following: Unable to perform operation. No user device matching the device UUID is linked for this user.
This app keeps losing my password. I requested to access the code by phone, and there’s no call coming in. I tried it again, and it locks me out. I requested a hardship that you people failed to give me as you are keeping it pending the whole month. I need the money I requested. You messaged to check the status of my request and I can’t get in.
Trying to log in to Alight App for first time and am not receiving the access code for two factor authentication. I've requested a new code several times and never received one. I am able to log into my account on your website on my PC. Any problems with the iPhone 14 / iOS 16?
After successfully using the app for a couple of weeks I have been logged out and although I am putting in the correct information (in the app and through a web browser) it is not letting me sign back in.
