The real time data is not loading for the bus routes that I’ve favorited. It just has 3 little dots where the arrival time should be I tried deleting and re downloading the app. Any ideas?

How to fix ProximiT app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ProximiT app on iPhone
Update ProximiT app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ProximiT iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ProximiT on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ProximiT network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ProximiT Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ProximiT not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ProximiT App
1. On android, goto Settings » ProximiT » click [Force Stop]

Update ProximiT to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ProximiT App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ProximiT » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ProximiT.

Fix ProximiT unable to contact server/ ProximiT internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ProximiT » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ProximiT » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ProximiT
