uSPS Mobile app not allowing sign in keep getting error message
The app hasn’t been able to track or retain tracking numbers for months. Same as other customer complaints listed. Get it done guys.
Definitely not working for tracking in iOS 18.0. Will occasionally show tracking for single item, but then does not store any tracked items. Was a problem with Beta releases and still a problem with final releases. The same issues with iOS 18.1 which is Beta for now. Multiple uninstalls, re-installs and logging out and back in did not help. I have gotten a new iPhone 16 and it still has the same problems!
It appears the mobile app is no longer working as far as being able to track packages anymore. I have had two since August I had tried to track but each time I would enter a tracking number nothing happened. The last package I was able to track was on August 29, 2024, I don't know if that's significant somehow, but it looks like others are having the same trouble.
USPS Mobile app has not worked since July 2024. Unable to track customer packages. Scan tracking numbers, but they are not retained in app. Type in tracking numbers manually, but they will not track. Have opened multiple tickets, but but no action from USPS.
1.5 months ago, the mobil app quit working. I typed in the number and hit "done" and no tracking info appeared. A few weeks later, I did the same thing for a new package and the app worked just fine. So I thought it was fixed. However, the app is not working again.
Since the recent update the app is not working. I have deleted and reinstalled but the issue remains the same.
The app doesn’t allow me to sign in.
Tracking does not work
The app no longer fits my iPhone SE screen. I cannot see my mail pieces. It’s been like this since the last update. The old version worked where I just clicked sign in.
I've been trying to log in through your app for several days it freezes all the time it states web page not available is something wrong with it
The website is not working with Chrome. I updated Chrome and I still can't get into the website to track, get prices, etc. If I log on using Firefox it works fine. This appears to have happened since the last service over this past weekend.
informed delivery sign in on android app dosent sign in. it just spins a wheel and sits there. tried desktop mode and it does the same thing. this app constantly has bugs that never get fixed. I remember uninstalling this app last year due to this same bug. Im subsrcibed to informed delivery yet the app dont let me sign in. On firefox i can and i still get emails from informed delivery. I wish theyd fix this.

Informed delivery will not show package status at all, just an error code.

Since Feb 8 2023, Informed delivery freezes on sign-in. Good thing able to preview on email. All other applications ok on Usps mobile app except Informed Delivery. Thinking IT working on it. Rebooted, still not working!
I can't sign in to the usps mobil app. When I click on Informed Delivery, it brings up the screen where you sign in. When you click on "sign in" it just freezes and won't go anywhere. It has been like this for over a week now. I uninstalled the app, rebooted my phone and then re-installed it. It is doing the exact same thing.
My delivery package part of the app wear it show delivery I can't deleted it old delivery no more what wrong with that part of app can you fix it
Auto fill on the app no longer working. Tried opening a new account and changing password. No option on the site to select auto fill.

The iphone app is going to reg.usps.com and displaying the error "We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later." it has bee this way for several weeks. The web app is working.
No, we are not longer getting our Informed Delivery, have followed the instructions of signing back in with a changed password and still says we are using the wrong username? .... We need help with this and cant seem to find a place to request information. nothing has changed at our home address or email. Thanks, Craig P. Chapman
Attempting to select dates for mail hold but app will not allow any dates other than the ‘preselected’ dates.

Mobile app won't accept new tracking numbers. It shows current tracking numbers and old tracking numbers. Just won't take any new numbers.

I am not able to give nickname to tracked items or see history in app of a tracking number. I used this app for a long time & now it’s not working. I have iPhone 12 and latest iOS.
Feedback not responding at all. Tracking not changing. I have sent dozens of messages on Feedback with no response.
