Alight is consistent with the level of usefulness that this app provides to their customers - to be expected by a legalized group of scammers. You can get basic account balance and contribution amounts, but that’s about it. You can increase your contributions to your 401k, and that’s about it. Forget about accessing any health information - doesn’t work at all despite what their ads claim. Financial account information seems to lag by a day or two. Asking for tech support for Alight is an effort in futility.

My wife and I are moving to a new address. I have updated that address on my company personnel site but this app still does not show the updated information for my wife who is my primary beneficiary instead it shows the this app cooperate address. I spoke to an this app person regarding this issue almost 2 weeks ago and nothing has changed.

This is by far the worst financial app ivevever used. Horrendously slow, the user interface is confusing and it has horrible user journey mapping in the way it transitions between screens. For example, take a look at the mailbox feature. Literally like a mailbox from 1990. They need to look at any financial app (Fidelity, Vanguard, Scottrade, etc) and copy those interfaces.

Ease of access and functionality

Note: Alight presents a form to users if they elect to give negative feedback, which would otherwise redirect to Alight store review page if the user elected to give positive feedback.

Alight is unacceptably slow, I still get dumped into webpages in a terrible browser system. I am less than thrilled with this app’s annuity-like financial products as well. Avoid.

Every action takes a minute to load and fails to load half the time. It feels like I am using a 90s web browser rather than an app. It’s impossible to update info with how unresponsive Alight is. About all it’s good for it to check if the company hasn’t stolen all your money yet. Can not wait to transfer my 401k to another company!

Raytheon and this app should be held liable for losses due to Alight
and website not working. Corporate greed is behind moving from Fidelity to this 3rd rate app / website. Raytheon if you’re too cheap to offer employees a pension, at least have the dignity to provide a decent investment option and tools that work to prevent losing our money that we worked hard to save.

Great app an easy to navigate I recommend it to all my family members & friends alike

I loaded Alight thinking it would be easier to look at my retirement account information than going to the website. When I select retirement nothing but a blank page shows up. So it’s back to using the website. Alight has been deleted from my device.

Easy ro check balance

Downloaded Alight so I could track my HSA balance and the first screen asks who my employer is. Even though they have my employer listed, the drop down list is completely unresponsive, and I can’t proceed any further than that screen. No alternative is offered rendering Alight unusable.

Great App this app! All my work and life needs in one place. High-five!

No matter where I am Alight is as slow as Christmas. Some of the features don’t even work and won’t let me continue to the next page. It’s just terrible in my opinion.

The point of an app is to let you view it in Alight . But instead you can view half your stuff then go to the website to see the other half. Waste of time just log into the website.

Easy way to check your investment..so happy with Alight.

For me, all Alight does is call up pages from this app’s web site. Some of those pages are mobile friendly but many more are not. If this is v3 of Alight , I shudder to think what versions 1 and 2 looked like.

You should make it available for us to check hours and pay on app without having to go to full site

I want a long random password to protect my account—disabling the clipboard on the password screen makes using one much more difficult. Deprecating password management applications is out of step with current best practices

Slow to load. Freezes up constantly.

The upgraded app is great. Easy to use and I love how it pulls in data for all my benefits and payroll into one place.

To look at my HSA balance it brings me to Alight Store for another app. I just want the balance. If the website can show me the balance, the mobile app should be able to.

Easy to understand and helpful. Simpler than other 401k apps in particular.

Easy to use and great info

Pretty clean app w stuff like 401k and HSA balance.

This is a big improvement! It’s great to be able to complete full transactions on Alight . I was able to update my 401(k) contributions quickly and easily. It’s nice to have access to all my payroll and benefits info in one place. I like the new look too.

Can’t login after update

I tried logging in several times with my credentials, double checked and everything and just couldn’t get it to work.

Very awkward and inconvenient to use, and provides very little information. Don’t waste you time and memory.
