Adorcam Status

The camera has stopped recording events. I have rebooted it, emptied cashe, and sim card.

Adorcam is giving message Unknown error occurred try again later (502) Nothing works no cameras show, no events show ! Whats Up

I’m not sure how to solve this issue, but when I try accessing the camera, there’s a message saying, “Unknown error occurred try again later (502).” The system was fine last night, now nothing works…the camera doesn’t work and all of the events are missing.

My two cameras was acting up and not restarting properly so I removed them and now when I scan the qr. code for the add device and hear a tone except it just did gas and dings and dings upward of 20 times and no matter how many times you say connect camera it says connection failed , I’ve tried this on a few phones and my iPad tablet done about every thing. Ever written in files and suggestions ,nothing works I really would rather keep my cameras but to do that it seems that on Adorcam end of the server there aren’t being the proper. QR code generated or something else so please help me undo this so I can watch the house during the day. thank you.

No longer shows events. Have 2 cameras and all of the sudden neither show events. Have tried everything. Even removed one of the cameras and now it won't connect. Cameras on other app are working just fine. It is not the wifi or the cameras. It us the adorcam app!! Please help. Can still watch live feed??

All 3 cameras are working only in manual mode but are not recording or sending notifications. This occurred abruptly after 3pm CDST on Thurs 4/18/24. It's now been 3 days & still nothing. I've done all the troubleshooting steps to no avail.

The app no longer records or logs any live events. I can view the live feed but it seems the camera or app is no longer detecting motion. What gives? There was another issue with events 2 months ago that was widespread and it seemed to resolve on its own after a few days. Hopefully someone from Adorcam will address this issue.

i can t connect a camera

My cameras wont record anything all of the sudden. They work manually, but if I set to home or away modes, they will not record anything including me standing in from of them waving my arms. I reset all cameras and the internet connection and still nothing. Cleared all the micro sd cards on all cameras and still nothing. What is the problem? Anybody know?

The motion is not working, I have reset it. Restart my router, clean the camera screen. My two cameras still not detecting motion

two days ago all the videos on my phone from two cameras disappeared... ??

Exactly the same issue, on all 8 security cameras. Read about some kind of hack recently on Winze cameras that gave live event videos to wrong people/accounts. Could be related defensive action. Email:support@redacted

None of cameras showing events. Flash that motion detected but nothing in events. what is going on?

As of Monday my cameras will not record. Nothing has changed. I have SD cards in all cameras. They will show live view which means wifi is working, just not recording anymore. How do we fix this?

I am having the same issue that I am copying that this gentleman reported two hours ago. I get nothing on events tab either but error 502. It was working perfectly until this morning. Camera wont let me format sd card. I have tried 3 sd cards and it just loads but doesnt work? So i cant record anything!

I got new internet spectrum my camera won't connect to internet spectrum runs I think 2.5 and 5 g it won't connect to internet camera worked great when I had slow internet what do I have to due to make it work hit power button to scan for internet won't work ? SN: 101021103F1 When I add device "Please check if the camera is flashing red" Yes camera is flashing red Camera only says "Waiting for WiFi connection" My other camera is set up and running fine. There is nothing wrong with my WiFi connection. Device will do nothing else. I am using 2G. Using Samsung 23 Ultra

I have three cameras and none of them are working. They all show unknown error try again later. They won't record; they won't show live feed. I've tried restarting, reconnecting, etc. I can't get them to work.

Trying to log in with Iphone. Message: Unknown error, try again later.

Adorcam does not record, no push notification (No permissions denied.). Inserted and formatted SD card. Set motion detection to maximum and Optimal Surveillance. Nothing! Can view live so camera is working.

The camera was working fine until I brought it in to charge it. Then it would not connect to my WiFi. I reset it, redownloaded the app and it still won’t connect.

How do I find the cached files on Alkivision C2 or Adorcam App? Also, the Adorcam App icon on home screen has a small number 24 on it. What does this tell me?
