When opening a diggi game it is a black screen.

I try to add funds with PayPal but keep getting a “session timed out” message. I’ve logged out of PayPal and tried again, still can’t add funds. Thanks for your help.

The webpage will not allow me to upgrade my account for online purchases even though I fill out the form and select upgrade.

My GA Lottery app always tells that it cannot utilize my location services. Everything is set the way it's suppose to be, i have other that have no problem using the location services. Any advice you can give will be most helpful... Thank you so much, Andre' P. Law

location not detected properly and service is not accessible on PC...no VPN or anyother obvious reasons

Diggi games charging but won’t let play and gives an error everytime it does it !!

The mobile App will not allow me to transfer winnings back to my registered account. I have tried multiple times and at different times for days. I can add funds to play but not transfer back.

I have a ticket in my cart and when I attempt to check out OR buy it now it states “ticket was not purchased.

When ap opens, there is a white screen with Georgia Lottery logo on it at top of page.

App continuously crashes and knocks me off! Have to log in again and again! They definitely need to work on this app if they want it to succeed! Because it sucks right now!

Any time I try to buy games it says location error

Every time I have to do a required app update it loses location service. I have location services on and I have allowed all permissions for the app. This is so frustrating.

Having trouble with some big game numbers (i.e., Keno, PowerBall, Mega Bucks) not appearing on smartphone screen. How can this be fixed?

I have a Samsung android, I live in cumming. If I press find retailer location the app finds my precise location in Cumming and shows nearby retail stores that sell the lottery. Yet, when I go to pay, I get an error that says to paraphrase "needs more data to identify my location". I've validated that all location services are set to 'allow' this app. I've cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted phone. Please help. Thanks

My app won’t allow me to add funds to play and also won’t let me register a new card

won't let me add money to my account. nor can I call and get help with the issue because the phone hangs up as you're being transferred to a customer service rep. If this is a way to make sure nobody wins then this really sucks!!!

The scan ticket does not work. I line up the camera over bar code and nothing happens.

Some Diggi games will not load - says "problem loading content" - Money Miner Game, Prize Potions game, Georgia Jackpot These are all games that I have won small prizes on prior to. being unable to load them. Other games seem to load fine.

Only 2 of the Diggi games I am able to play the remaining games will not load give error code to try back later.

I can log in successfully but none of the Diggi Games will load. Error message says that data won’t load and try back later but trying again is unsuccessful. This has been going on for the past week.
