- Music volume and intercom volume cannot be controlled separately.
- FM receiver does not work and scanning for stations causes the app to crash.
- Updating the Impulse helmet via the app over wifi is problematic and the app shuts down when attempting to enable multiple device support.
- The 50 series units have serious hardware issues that have not been resolved since their release.
- Configuration and setup is painful, menu systems are overly complicated, and controls are complicated.
- Pairing more than two headsets takes hours.
- The app requires access to the camera and Apple Music to even open, and giving access to both temporarily did not work.
- The help button seems to only try to sell helmets.
