i have 2x wifi Xtreem cameras. I've downloaded the correct app. it worked perfectly yesterday at home. now I'm at work and the app crashes within 5 seconds of trying to load the app! looking on this forum of issues its quite a regular problem. what's the fix please? Yes I've deleted & reinstalled the app yes im on work wifi yes ive turned wifi off & tried just using mobile data
Received an updated Swann Security App on my Android this morning. Had problems when on 5g cell before, and now have problems with 4g and 5g. Audio and video are choppy. This is an improvement ?
Your Swann Security App works fine on 4g, but audio cuts in and out on 5g service. The video on 5g is good but audio is bad . I have other services that provide video and audio that works perfect on 5g, so this is an issue with Swann Security App !
Not able to login. My details are correct. This has been down for approximately 2 weeks now.

Since one of the latest updates to the Swann app, it keeps crashing, running super slow with very delayed responses to my prompts and causes my iPhone 8 to freeze up. The app worked fine before. I can see there are new features on the app that look good. Looking forward to using them.

I've recently bought a swann 4480 dvr in which I've set up but I can't seem to download the commatable app that they recomend It starts trying to download to my phone then stops this just goes on start stop im really at breaking point with this whole set up.
I'm unable to playback any clips.. attempted to uninstall and reinstall on my Galaxy S20 but it has not cured the problem. The app store has no updates to install. How can this be fixed?

My swann has been working fine except for losing wi fi here and there. 2 days ago it lost connection and I have tried everything I know to do but it won't reconnect and motion detection ligh won't come on either at dark, but the power light which is red on camera not green shows power to the unit , how do I fix this problem.

Every time I open the app it crashes two or three times then finally stays open. While open, I’m unable to view live video feed it’s either frozen from 2 days ago or a blurry screen.
