3 years agoorder was cancelled by carriage . i was waiting fir one hour , then call the hotel to i quire and they told me that carriage cancelled the order my credit card is charged but money not reverted no phone number to inquire and the chat site is down !! How the H we can contact them ??? very bad service and they charge the most will dump this service

Awful customer service, awful delivery. ETA always wrong and always hours late. Ordered around 6 and the app showed me that my order was being prepared, an hour later with no updates tried to chat with carriage support without any luck at all. Called the restaurant and said they didn’t receive the order an hour later after i made the order. When finally got on with carriage chat the guy kept saying the same thing “ i am sorry will contact the restaurant and try my best to get it done “ i told him that called and they said the order didn't arrive he kept saying the same thing. Then i wanted to cancel my order because i paid by card .. carriage kept ignoring my request and kept saying your food will be with you.. the restaurant said only carriage and cancel and refund because i paid by card via carriage. Anyway the customer service didnt help at all .. the driver was late to pick up the food was on the phone with the restaurant the whole time food was ready. I got my food cold, 3 and half hours late, Cold. Never use carriage. I dont want to name the rest but i used to hate them and love carriage, just downloaded their competition apps and both are insanely better.

Just to start the order was placed at 13:16 and it is 15:50 we still haven’t got the food. Why? Because they simply left the restaurant system open while the restaurant was closed. Then in the first attempt to check why the order wasn’t in process the attendant instead check by himself he gave us the number of the restaurant to contact directly. So why I have to pay for them if they don’t do communication between us and the restaurants? Then again trying to follow up with the app (after called again the restaurant after they’re opened and wait more than 20min on the phone because they couldn’t find the order on their system) the attendant never apologize for their mistakes. They blamed the restaurant and said that she will contact me again. Ugh never more! Rafeeq is the best so far!

First of all, i was from the first people to download this app and for a very long time i have suffered from the bad customer service, im amazed how can a company hire a bunch of incompetent people who doesn't even know how to speak English, most of the customer support representatives will act stupidly and keep repeating the question like a bot, like for example, one time i had an issue with a resturant and i wanted a refund, the customer support representative kept asking me "what is the problem" and after explaining this to him a dozen time, he kept asking me the same question, even actual bots when asked would reply differently. Please don't bother and download this app, its not worth it plus you will suffer when you try and talk to customer support. This is a really bad app.
