These charges appeared on my Discover card. I have never used this service. I am retired and live 35 miles from the nearest HEB. Return my money and do not continue to charge me any services that I did not sign up for or have ever heard of. The delivery driver was Debra. Left my food outside. Whataburger manager said she had the order earlier. When I got the food , it was stone cold. I just threw away 20.00. Can't even eat the food. Pitiful. And to not be able to speak with you is pitiful also. I want a refund for this order. I am a senior citizen. Do what's right.

I just got a meal from Lubyd. I paid gof cranberry sauce ,but none was included. Also I ordered a large Unsweet tea. No straw was included, & it was a Sweet tea instead. Can I receive credit for a & large tea. Thank you. Mary.

On 08/29/25, 09/01/25, 09/05/25 and 09/0925 all four times my order was delivered to the wrong address. I added clear directions to my standing order. “Turn into 21601 Crossover Ln, go to the end of the driveway.” There are two houses on this property. The house where my groceries are being left is 21601A. The house at the end of the driveway where I live is 21601B Crossover Ln. One of your drivers told me he didn’t speak English when I told him the directions to my house were on his order sheet. Another told me he was directed to the wrong address by his GPS. I have used your service for years. Until lately, I’ve never had a problem. I ask that you do do whatever is necessary to insure my groceries get delivered to the right address . Respectfully, J.C. Awful, full on awful service. Unlike HEB they do not care about their customers. Something is seriously broken there I'd advise any other delivery service.
I cannot order with favor. It says my account is blocked or suspended. However, HEB will delivery me groceries that order through their acct with a favor delivery person. I have done or said anything that would reciprocate a response like this. Can you please let me know what is going on?
I am not a customer but live in apt complex where I witnessed an unsavory delivery man. He had his pants unzipped and was about to pull his pants down when he seen me watching him.

I just had a HEB delivery by Favor and it did not arrive to my address. I text the favor person and told them it did not arrive and they had terrible customer service, did not say sorry, and said “it was dark”. Instead of justifying themselves, it would have been way cooler if they just said “sorry, I messed up.” I would have not contacted support and forgiven them. But I now do not have my groceries I ordered and want to reduce or remove the tip on the order. My HEB delivery Order #HEB23745181978 was scheduled for today 12/18/24.

Hi. I placed a favor order and it said the driver would arrive in 22 minutes. Then all the sudden it said it was here. It was never here. No picture of it on my porch and is trying to charge my card $51.56 for no items received .I’ve called and messaged the driver.
Took off with some of my order. I had to call and repurchase it from H‑E‑B and waist my time. I’m waiting for my refund 2 to 3 days. I bet he is really enjoying my order. I’m going to request H‑E‑B to never use Favor for my address again.

Twice now I ordered from whataburger for delivery and didn't get food delivered. Had to get intouch with wb customer service. Favor isn't doing whataburger any favors. Good way to loose business

When you read this I’m trying to say this as nicely as possible taking into consideration it being a fairly new apps with updates and bugs and glitches. But there is merchants on there with different closing times that have been prolonged to further hours, some cannot get to use the favor app until certain hours of the day or night depending on ones life or work schedule. Bottom line. Don’t even worry about posting this to the app reviews. But simply try to adjust when merchants times are available. And if someone puts in a custom order for a place that is open, but is considered closed on the application. That can be the most frustrating thing in the world to want to use the app for convenience when it’s more trouble than its worth. That will spread word fast of an app not working. And with how much money considerably goes to smoke shops and fast food chains, that can be a big loss off of a simple mistake or “bug” in the application. For people that can’t get the app to work it will do nothing but bring the app down. I will not be using this app until this is fixed and will let everyone and anyone know how much this app does not work for these stores and areas because I would hate to see anyone close or even as little as an acquaintance to me go through the hassle I have went through when it is supposed to be easy and convenient and poor customer service as well.

In the past, Favor had always been the go to delivery service for my family, friends and I, but unfortunately the past 6 months have made me avoid the service at all costs. Favor is so much worse than UberEats, Grubhub, DoorDash and Caviar. I am not sure how this happened, but the delivery times are literally triple the time of the other delivery services, and the fees are the same if not more. You are never sure if your order is actually placed with a runner, because it “assigns” you a runner about 4 different times before someone actually accepts it. I am very conscious of not ordering anything that would take too long to make or is far away, and this still happens. You have no clue if your order will ever be accepted, it’s taken an hour to find a driver (I live in a large city close to downtown). The final straw(s) for me were three straight orders placed by me or my family saying they were delivered, and never showing up, and we tried to call the driver and customer service. My home is not difficult to find, and this has never happened with other services. When I contacted customer support, they texted me back after an hour, and gave me a credit for the food, but didn’t give a credit for the unavoidable tip. I tipped someone for no food. Unfortunately an app I used often has become unusable for me, and I would advise to look somewhere else for your food delivered.

Favor misses something every time. We have had to do a lot of take out lately due to my schedule. Sometimes 2 times a day. If we had to Favor would of course miss something 2 times a day. That means someone wasn’t eating. Their response was a credit that would show up a few days later or a delivery credit and then it would happen again and again and again. They don’t do anything to try and fix the problem. Take your business somewhere mistakes rarely happen and when when they do they are made up for. Don’t waste your money with Favor.
I gave Favor another try recently. I had a driver that I’m pretty sure was drunk. After two hours with no communication when he finally did arrive I had already ordered other food assuming he was not going to show up. He was very pushy once he did arrive. Even after I asked him to keep the food and told him I would still pay. I was home alone with my three year old daughter and made to feel very uncomfortable. He finally left after I promised I would still tip him. I had reached out to Favor support before he got here to try and see what was going on. Afterwards when they eventually reached out I explained and they simply said they could not do anything since the order had been placed. No refused for physical safety of customers. I highly highly recommend Grub Hub, they are great and I have not once had any sort of issue.
