  Take reservations this is too much

  Apps buggy and it really isn’t convenient for customers to sit and wait on an app. Rather than making a reservation. I understand they’re popular but there is nowhere on the website that says you need to reserve a spot through the app until you call. Also for the guy calling people “morons” maybe you had a good experience but you are simply an outlier in a sea of bad reviews. And calling paying customers morons isn’t cute and these comments are disrespectful and shouldn’t be published because they are not constructive at all, instead attacking customers for speaking out against a really inconvenient and unsavory method of reserving spots.

Don’t Trust the Times
It’s great for getting your name in, but never trust the times it gives you. It told us 2 1/2 hours, so we went off to run some errands. After an hour I received a text saying our name was being called, so we got back as fast as we could, but it was too late. Now there’s a five hour wait. Use it, and plan on standing outside for anywhere from ten minutes to however long it actually says.

  Worked well... past tense

  Loved this app. It allowed us to bypass lines on date nights. However, tonight it’s an utter fail. It will not work. I have tried rebooting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling app, even making a new account... all I get are pop ups saying “ok” and “oops”. We may not go tonight because of an app failure. 😐 Update: unable to sign up for new account. Unable to retrieve password for original account. Very dissatisfied.
