Awful customer service, awful delivery. ETA always wrong and always hours late.

Ordered around 6 and CarriageQatar showed me that my order was being prepared, an hour later with no updates tried to chat with carriage support without any luck at all. Called the restaurant and said they didn’t receive the order an hour later after i made the order. When finally got on with carriage chat the guy kept saying the same thing “ i am sorry will contact the restaurant and try my best to get it done “ i told him that called and they said the order didn't arrive he kept saying the same thing. Then i wanted to cancel my order because i paid by card .. carriage kept ignoring my request and kept saying your food will be with you.. the restaurant said only carriage and cancel and refund because i paid by card via carriage. Anyway the customer service didnt help at all .. the driver was late to pick up the food was on the phone with the restaurant the whole time food was ready. I got my food cold, 3 and half hours late, Cold. Never use carriage. I dont want to name the rest but i used to hate them and love carriage, just downloaded their competition apps and both are insanely better.

Although there is a variety of restaurants, this is the worst delivery app to use. Every time u ask the costumer service about your order, they would say that the restaurant is taking a long time and its crowded there. But as soon as I called the restaurant they knew my order cause I was the only one and they said that the driver is way to late, it been 40 minutes since the order was ready! The food was cold so that made me believe the restaurant.

The worst delivery app ever just use other delivery apps. As most of your order won’t be delivered and the others will be delivered very late. There customer service very bad and they don’t have enough drivers anyway they really should quit the market. Just don’t ever use CarriageQatar the others are much better.

Do not waste ur time or money.
I had very bad experience with them a few times ordered and not received my order and when i call the restaurant they confirmed they don't receive the order... and when u try to call the customer service no one will answer ...

I ordered twice and both times my order got cancelled for no reason and Eventho I requested a refund they state that they gave me a refund when I didn’t receive anything in my card.
Very bad costumer care they leave you on read for so long I had to message 7 different people so I can get an answer to my request.
Very unorganized.

CarriageQatar is so broken. I had to wait 2 hours for my order AND IM STILL WAITING. its not the restaurant's fault as i have contacted them and they informed me that my order was ready for pickup but the driver had not shown up. CarriageQatar gives no chance to contact late drivers so im forced to sit and wait. plus the carriage support line is busy. Thank you for stealing my money carriage

It was impossible to connect with their customers service line which is always busy.. and no option to use an insta chat. Been waiting for the order for more than two hours which was already paid! Dont know how to get a refund or to chat with their customer service line... worst application and service!

I tried to register my address now for 10 times, using the old application and the new “qatari” application but the same issue still exist, always giving me “invalid area” as if I was living in the moon.
My area is on the list, i can see the restaurants but I cant register my house!
I followed the steps the customer care gave me and still it wont register.!!

Do not ever download CarriageQatar! Poor service. They do not inform their customers that the wallet money can’t be used with all the listed restaurants. And it takes forever for them to return your money back to your bank. They should be honest, do not deceive people. I suggest they should stop operating here in Qatar, since they are not based here anyway.

The order never arrives on time.
The driver does multiple deliveries and by the time my food is delivered it’s cold.
Customer service is useless, once I asked if the drivers do multiple deliveries they lied and said no, but when I asked the driver he confirmed that he was forced to do deliveries before delivering my order.
Once the drivers are in the compound they mark on CarriageQatar that the order is delivered and they keep on roaming around the compound looking for my unit even though my location is clearly shown on CarriageQatar .

I’ve been using Carriage for a few months now. On the plus side: they deliver from many great restaurants other similar services don’t.

On the downside; their customer service is a mixed bag and more often than not isn’t good or as with my last order, down right awful.

I placed an order at around 9:20. Delivery estimate was 10:24. By 10:45 I tried to contact customer service. It took almost 30 minutes for that to happen.

The order was canceled at some point but nobody bothered to notify me. This was like the 3rd time this has happened! But the guy in the chat was adamant that a notification was sent to me. I checked my SMS, my email, nothing! Oh, it’s in CarriageQatar he said.

I remembered checking the order at 10:45 and it was being prepared. So really when was it canceled? After I got through to customer service?!

First of all you can only call them, which can be extremely problematic for Anti Social people who do not really know how to speak to other People. Second of all they’ll always ask you to send a photo if you gave them a complaint about the order as if they do not trust you.

They also take a lot of time to reply which is annoying especially when you are hungry. All in all their customer service is the worst compared with the other delivery apps. I’d recommend ordering from Snoonu or talabat instead.

Carriage has the worst customer service because the only way you can contact them is messaging them through CarriageQatar and this alone could take at least an hour for them to respond+ if you pay using a card and for some reason you wanted to cancel the order due to it being late or something, first of all you will wait an hour before you get your order to get canceled and then, instead of refunding you money, they put it back in the wallet on their app which forcing you to spend the money on their application + paying for the delivery.
There are many better competitors out there which are 100 times better than carriage

People please read my review carefully! This application is scamming customers!!!! I was dumb enough to place an order and paid with my credit. I placed it before 8 pm and now it is 10 pm and still didn’t receive my order. The problem is, i am trying to contact the customer service unfortunately every one is ignoring my messages.. I am trying to reach out to them in instagram and still waiting for a reply.. couldn’t find any number I can call to follow up on my order and the money is already taken from my card!! People be careful of this!! BAD BAD the WORST customer service I have ever encountered!!!! STAY AWAY - update: the order was cancelled without me knowing, and after 3 hours i got a call to inform me about the cancellation. Refund request was done the next day.. Just stay away!

First of all, i was from the first people to download CarriageQatar and for a very long time i have suffered from the bad customer service, im amazed how can a company hire a bunch of incompetent people who doesn't even know how to speak English, most of the customer support representatives will act stupidly and keep repeating the question like a bot, like for example, one time i had an issue with a resturant and i wanted a refund, the customer support representative kept asking me "what is the problem" and after explaining this to him a dozen time, he kept asking me the same question, even actual bots when asked would reply differently.

Please don't bother and download CarriageQatar, its not worth it plus you will suffer when you try and talk to customer support. This is a really bad app.

Just to start the order was placed at 13:16 and it is 15:50 we still haven’t got the food. Why? Because they simply left the restaurant system open while the restaurant was closed. Then in the first attempt to check why the order wasn’t in process the attendant instead check by himself he gave us the number of the restaurant to contact directly. So why I have to pay for them if they don’t do communication between us and the restaurants? Then again trying to follow up with CarriageQatar (after called again the restaurant after they’re opened and wait more than 20min on the phone because they couldn’t find the order on their system) the attendant never apologize for their mistakes. They blamed the restaurant and said that she will contact me again. Ugh never more! Rafeeq is the best so far!

CarriageQatar used to have reasonable customer service. Now it has pretty bad customer service and they’ve done away with the chat client. When you search for a restaurant, you don’t see the estimated delivery time. In short, CarriageQatar used to be good enough. Now I opt for the competition.

The customer service center is not organize and they do not know what they are doing. I placed an order and what I received was missing items. I contacted customer service who told me to send them a picture on Instagram. I did, and then i called them back and they said that i could either have a refund or they could send a new order. I told them i wanted to resend the order. I waited for 45 minutes and then called customer service again. They said they are trying to get my order resent and I said that is not good enough. I have been waiting an hour to eat and no one told me that it would take this long to resend my order. Not only that, they could not tell me IF they would be able to resend the order or when. So I wasted over an hour of my time because their customer service center is not properly managed. It was my first, and last time spending my money on this service.

They canceled my order because the restaurant did not take the order within 15mins and did not inform me not with a text msg or call or email!!!!!!
They claim I’m supposed to have the notification on but when i went to the notification option in CarriageQatar there was nothing?????
I’m so hungry and angggggryyy!!!

When I ordered it was all amazing just the price is too high needed to be lower

Why cant i use the old app anymore? I travel a lot and i usually use carriage in kuwait and bahrain!!! Now i can only access Qatar??!! Im shifting to Talabat you just lost a customer.

CarriageQatar is not accepting my accurate address of delivery.

Why new app??? Talabat is better and much smoother experience anyways.

I used to love CarriageQatar but not anymore due to their bad customer service and delivery times.

My subscription has been cancelled when it was just renewed. Plus, CarriageQatar shows that all the restaurants are available while there just closed. The entire thing is just confusing and annoying.

They suddenly unsubscribed their customers without even notifying them.
And now they force their customers to use another app which was confusing for me.

They give out false delivery expectations , delivery is too slow , bad customer service , all they do is say that its on its ways and theyll try their best in delivering it quickly .
The food delivery market is competitive and carriage is surely losing their share in qatar, im definately losing my loyalty to CarriageQatar

Why is Qatar the only one got its own app? It better not be cause you wanna charge us higher fares from the rest? Plus you need to fix your delivery tracking it used to be live on the main app but the Qatari version needs to be refreshed constantly!

I have placed an order and it said that it would take 30-35 mins. When I checked 20 minutes later it said that the order is submitted, it wasn’t being prepared! That’s not the first time this has happened to me.

I really love it 😊 i know its the same as the normal carriage but its a nice idea onyl for qatar 🇶🇦 good idea👌
