I went to Crumbl Cookies in Chico, Ca. today to buy 4 cookies. I wanted to use my $10.00 free cookie credit. The young man working there told me that I was basically out of luck since I had not signed up with a mobile phone number. I had used my home phone number as I didn't know it was supposed to be my mobile, so I couldn't get a confirmation number. I should have been told this when I signed up! I am 67 years old and I am not very tech savy at all so all of this app stuff is not okay with me! The young man was not helpful at all and I also felt like he skimped on the twix cookie crumbles for my cookies. He had very poor customer service! When I am paying this much for cookies I expect to get great service and fantastic cookies. I would really appreciate it if someone would get back to me so we can discuss this further! I am very disappointed that you are only going to offer the Pink Sugar Cookie twice a year. This was my favorite cookie. I cannot eat chocolate so the choices are very limited now. When it is available, I will buy extra and freeze them. Pam Brown

I ordered crumble cookies on Saturday the 28th for me..well I saw the town in which my sister lives....I ordered six for her. I look at order it has my address on it I call crumble I cancel the order. I'm looking at my order I still have ten cookies coming..I know you can freeze but I canceled them.. I got a woman on line she tells me they were already gone.. When I talked to the young man who canceled my order...Doordash is here..he had already canceled..but yet they did not stop this order..I canceled because the store I ordered from for my sister is not even open yet...I should have been refunded...

First, let me say I enjoy your cookies. I've placed 2 orders for shipping with no problems. I shop at the Lee's Summit (MO.) store and the employees are great! I'm asking that you stock the store with the cookie cutters. I bought 1 and have gone back twice and they never have any. Thank you.

The other 3 just “crumbled” apart-they did not come out whole AT ALL!!!!. When I’d try to pick one up it would just fall apart-seemed as though it wasn’t baked long enough. Atleast they weren’t freezing cold!! Those cookies cost a lot of money and I basically wasted over $15 on a pile of crumbs! Word of mouth is powerful. People who know me, know I rarely complain…but the older I get the less tolerant I’m becoming with people who don’t take pride in their work….especially when I’m paying over $4 per cookie. I won’t be going back to the Schaumburg Crumbl’s. Hopefully they’ll get it right one day!

If I placed an online order on 4th of July and the store was closed and canceled it due to it being closed does that mean I lost my $10 crumbl cash? I placed the order and put asap the store had the open sign and showed a time in that day and right when I canceled it the pick up time changed to the following day.

Was at location in Point Loma in San Diego, CA Sept. 25th. I witnessed a worker taking out a curb-side order, apparently had issue with order, came back inside with box used hand with same glove worn to open door and deliver order removed a cookie placed it in another customers box picked up a different cookie placed it box and returned outside to deliver curbside order all while wearing same gloves used to open door, etc. I stopped her when she came back in and asked her to change gloves. So disgusting to witness this. Employees should be required to remove gloves before leaving store to deliver curbside and upon returning to store should sanitize hands and put on fresh gloves before proceeding with next order.

I was suppose to get my cookies about 30 minutes ago. I called the delivery driver, he said he delivered them to me. No he didnt. He said he put them on the porch and rang the door bell. Disappointed today & crazy experience. I ordered a day ahead for 1pm pick up. I get there & hit the app “here” only to show I’m 10th in line, so I go to Trader Joe’s for 20 min to come back to #9... the store was packed, 3 workers WAY overwhelmed & after another 30 min I asked for a refund. I had NO clue orders weren’t prepped ahead. Why even have that on the app. Yes, ordering was a breeze but the rest a disaster. I was just at the Sun Prairie Wisconsin location tonight. I placed my order for curbside pickup. I let them know when I got there and waited 15 minutes when I finally called the store. I was told they couldn't find my car even though I gave them the color make and model of my vehicle AND that my cookies were sitting there on the counter. It was still several minutes before someone came out. I don't know how many people came and went before I even got my order. The person who delivered my cookies said "We're just trying to keep up, there is nothing I can do for you"... REALLY!!! Not to mention that the box was full of "cookie bits and chocolate". This is not the first time I have had to wait and wait for my order. I may not be back for some time or ever. If the staff isn't able to keep up with orders that sounds like a problem to me. They may need some help in figuring out how to run the location without keeping someone waiting. I would like for someone to reply to this and not from the Sun Prairie location but much higher up the chain.

My family I attended the grand opening of the Crumbl in La Habra, CA on April 29th under the premise (based on a circulating advertisement) that the location was giving away free cookies. To our disappointment, we were told that it was a corporate error and they were not giving away free cookies. We ended up purchasing 4 cookies anyway in support of the store but it was disappointing nonetheless. It felt like a bait and switch and poor marketing execution on your part.

I needed cookies delivered today for my friend as it's her birthday. I was thinking the local Crumble store in her town would deliver it to her and then when I submitted my order and saw that this will be delivered Monday I panicked. I ended up going through Door Dash and she got the cookies right away. I went to cancel my first order through Crumbl and there is no phone number to call and cancel. The phone number listed is a recording and tells you to email support. My email was returned undeliverable. This is super frustrating.

I ordered cookies for my son 6 days ago and as of now he has not received the order. I’m in Ohio and he’s in Virginia. I thought I would surprise him for Easter. Once I placed the order on Tuesday March 30, he was due to receive on April 3. Now it’s April 5th and still has not received the cookie order. By now the cookies are probably stale and broken up. No telling where the package is at this point. I paid extra for shipping. If you cannot deliver the cookie packages when customers want them delivered then you should not offer this service. I would like all of my money back including shipping. I’m very disappointed in this company. Super frustrated, I spent $50 on a dozen cookies to be delivered to a team of co-workers and they never received them. First time it's happened after several purchases but all it takes is one bad one. It's also frustrating that you can't reach anyone at the corporate office when the store is of no help.

I had 1dz cookies sent to my house. The order came on time. When I opened the box the cookies on top were broken. So I looked at the rest of them. Well 6 out of the 12 I ordered were crushed and broke. I cannot get a hold of one person to talk about this issue. For $40 I should have better customer service than this.

First off I want to say that the cookies are awesome but their customer order fulfillment really sucks. We had ordered ahead of time in advance a day earlier to pick up the order curbside. Our appointment was at 7:00 pm. We called to let them know we were outside waiting for pickup. The woman on the phone didn't even have the order prepared, plus she was rude.. she told us that they were extremely busy and they usually don't prepare filling the box with cookies because the cookies must be warm before giving them to a customer. We waited over 35 - 40 minutes to receive them. They told us to use the app to know when our cookies would be ready but we didn't have the app because we ordered online on their website. Warning to all,..... obviously ordering ahead and selecting a date and time doesn't matter at all. Seems like that walk-in customers take priority than online pre-orders. Their fulfillment process needs a lot of work, including there refund process,.. They have refunded only one of orders but not the other box and didn't refund my tip?... Why are they keeping the tip ??? The Birthday box is a joke a sticker and black string tied around the box???...Come-on, I've could of done this myself. Hopefully they get there S@!T together.

We ordered one dozen crumbl cookies on 2/21/21 and when we tracked our order, it reads the cookies were Shipped on 2/22/21 it is now Feb. 27th and we still have NOT Received them. We've already paid for them. Trying to track and it gives NO information except shipment pending. Where is our Order? What good is a tracking number thru FedEx when you can't track it. I love going to my local Crumbl Cookies location, but I will never order on the website for cookies to be shipped nationwide from their corporate location in Orem, Utah again. Both times I ordered to have nationwide shipping, the order did not arrive until after the expected delivery date. You expect your order to be delivered on time when you pay $10 for FedEx 2 day shipping on top of the price of a box of cookies. I was told they were backed up because of the holiday when I called to complain, but the same thing had happened when I ordered from them on another occasion and it was not a holiday. Crumbl needs to update their website to show an accurate delivery window so that you can decide whether or not you would like to purchase from Crumbl or send something else to someone for special occasions. I would expect more from the corporate location.

I frequent Crumbl cookies (usually the one in Orem - the training center). I have a 99% positive experience with this location however I visited the Draper Utah location on January 18th around 3:45 pm. I walked into the store with 3 people in front of me. I waited my turn which took 15 minutes! I got up to the ipad to order - input my order and waited. There was just one employee putting the orders together and three other employees making the cookies. This one guy was slow in putting together the orders and no one else was helping him. Two of the cookies I wanted were sold out. (This has never happened at any other location I have been to). I walked out with 4 cookies (two of which were not what I went in for) and over 15 minutes later to my friend and two kids waiting in the car. I was very disappointed with this visit to Crumbl. The payment portion of all of this was a joke too. The employee helping at the payment ipad (same one also putting the orders together was totally unaware of a $10 coupon that Draper City had sent out to participating businesses in the area. I didn't want to hold up the now 6 people behind me in line so I paid with my debit card and did not even use the coupon!

Do not order delivery

This was the most confusing process ever. I entered my address and it popped up a map and I ordered cookies for delivery. After a short while I got a text message saying my cookies were being prepared and the time they would be delivered. Then I got another text message saying that they were being delivered and if I had to meet my driver to please do so with a mascon. I went to the door and waited for the cookies to be dropped off so I could pick them up but they were never delivered. I called Crumbl who blamed door dash and told me to call them back in 10 minutes. Then I attempted to contact door dash only there was no order number since it was through the crumbl app. Finally I was able to track it through one of the text messages they had sent me and called and messaged the driver with no reply. I then called Crumbl back and they said they could refund me or I could pick them up in the store but they could not re-deliver. Even though I paid a delivery fee so why would I pick them up in the store? The store worker was very unbothered and offered no real solutions he was rude and short. Now I just get to wait 4 to 6 days to see if my money is refunded and my kids have no cookies which they were looking forward to…..

Don’t use this App!

Terrible service! I ordered cookies from the app, the store did not have the cookies I wanted. Not a big deal, just cancel the order. No there is no way on the app to cancel it. The number to the store wouldn’t work I called it seven times. On the app it still showed being out for delivery. Also it doesn’t link with door dash so you can’t report a problem on that app either. When you call it says you can text an 844 # but it took hours for a response. And they can’t even do anything about a refund anyways The number said it could offer me vouchers for future purchase but never did. They said someone from the store would reach out to me but nobody ever did. I called back the next day and they can only refund the cookies not the other fees since it’s through door dash not them. And I can’t contact door dash about a refund because there is no record of it on the app. If you want crumble cookies don’t use this app. Just order them on door dash instead so if there is an issue it can be fixed. Haha hopefully nobody else has any other problems because Crumble doesn’t try and make it right when it’s all said and done.

I know you’re busy but….

I knew the new store would be busy which is why I decided to download app and order for delivery. I wasn’t aware it would be thru Grub Hub so I was confused when the driver called me (angry) that the store was so busy and my order wasn’t ready. He ended up cancelling it which was understandable, a Grub Hub driver can’t wait three plus hours for an order. It’s even understandable that the store was too busy to get to my order but when I called this morning the person I spoke to didn’t even apologize. He just told me I could cancel the order and I’d be refunded within 5 business days and if I still wanted the order he said I would just have to do a new one thru the app. Which I did because my family was real excited about these cookies lol. So now I’m out $100 on cookies and not super confident they will actually be delivered. I understand the store is super busy, I was just surprised that the person I spoke to today didn’t handle it a little better. I also think it should be clear on the app or online that you do deliver but it will be thru Grub Hub and not their own driver.
