The mobile deposit function in the app suddenly won’t accept my photo of check. Keeps saying it looks like the corners are folded, but they are not and I’m using a dark background. Online chat was useless. Anyone else having this problem?

How to fix MSGCU app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MSGCU app on iPhone
Update MSGCU app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MSGCU iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MSGCU on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MSGCU network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MSGCU Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MSGCU not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MSGCU App
1. On android, goto Settings » MSGCU » click [Force Stop]

Update MSGCU to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MSGCU App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MSGCU » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MSGCU.

Fix MSGCU unable to contact server/ MSGCU internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MSGCU » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MSGCU » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MSGCU
