Hi! Every time I try to get onto the Flowkey app (iPad) it says I’m not connected to the internet. I am connected. I’ve restarted the app, restarted the device and cleared history/cookies but I’m getting the same message every time.

How to fix flowkey app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the flowkey app on iPhone
Update flowkey app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall flowkey iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix flowkey on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve flowkey network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

flowkey Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix flowkey not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the flowkey App
1. On android, goto Settings » flowkey » click [Force Stop]

Update flowkey to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear flowkey App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » flowkey » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart flowkey.

Fix flowkey unable to contact server/ flowkey internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click flowkey » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto flowkey » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
