In the MyAudi app under electrify America under energy usage my usage appears over and over again no stop. It does not include any data since Jan 7

Brand new Q8 eTron. When using the app, Electrify America, Start Charger, I get the following error message: Network Error: The operation couldn't be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error-1202.). Error: R:1CF9V-E:WEBFVM.1.NSURL.-1202(230817213651) Can someone help with this?

Since version 4.17 was installed app reports all windows and tailgate open when two days before update everything was fine.

The lock/unlock feature does not work on My Audi app…yet everything else in the app does. I get a “vehicle can not be found error msg” Yet it shows where it is when you click on map. Audi “No-Care” is totally useless w it’s trouble shooting. I am ready to eat a loss and do what i should have i. the first place, but a Lexus.

My Audi app won’t allow me to enter a timer so that I can charge using the timer mode.

Updated the app to 4.13.0 and it won't let me schedule charging my car or increase it to 100% as I have a long haul drive today.

Open app and get loading error. Vehicle status says never updated and no data shows for mileage, gas level etc. Message says loading error-unable to load connect services for vehicle.

Error connecting, App not working, persistent problem for 12 months plus. Utter garbage and of similar quality to the state of their new cars too. Next car definitely won’t be an Audi.

Nov 11 2022, no connection with MyAudi, server error from 8:00am to now around 12:00 MST. Can not even log in …. Not sure how to fix it or may be just way for Audi server back up

There is something seriously wrong with your website. I purchased my car brand new in 2021, the app and website haven't functioned properly since day one. It's a Bermuda Triangle. I'm baffled as to why Audi seems unconcerned about rectifying this.

Hi. After app updating this summer (don't remember which version was) my car lost myaudi 8 digit pin on app and not connecting to my car. (Audi A5 2012) Map is already updated last year (2021 version) but the app still no have access to car. AudiConnect is working well.

I hate this app and whatever MMI is. The Q5 I bought in June has never connected; the dealer I purchased from is unhelpful and I’m going to get rid of the Asap. It’s not nearly as user friendly as my former BMW
