I can not be in the royal family or be a sports player.

So i bought THE Pro Sport Player and the Business Empire and i restored my purchase Yesterday, but now i lost IT and dont have IT anymore. IT also wont restored them. Fix this please.

I have a Chromebook which is where I always play Bitlife, but for the past week every time I open the app, it just closes right away. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I've restarted my Chromebook, I've made sure my storage isn't full, and nothing seems to work.

My game won't let me go past naming my babies. whenever I click to name, it doesn't let me. Others are having this issue, can you patch this please?

My game is so slow since a week, it takes 10 to 15 seconds to close the box whenever I do an action. Im on Android, samsung galaxy A 17. Bitlife is up to date so is my phone.

I tried to download it but it said my device was not compatible when it is it has the latest software and the right hardware on my tablet and phone .

Can't even click the new life button upon opening the app, or access anything except the store.

I cannot make any in-app purchases. This has been troubleshooted, and I know that it is a billing issue with the app and not my account as other purchases went through without issue.

Hello I am having lil problem wit the game I purchased the astronaut job and it says I have it but doesn’t show that I own it every time I click to repurchase it say get it for free cuz I got it already but still show that I don’t have the job how do I fix that?

So i deleted the game on accident before I Deleted it i bought the job pack than I accidentally deleted it and I just downloaded it back And it’s making me re buy it is there any fix I already bought it once .

whenever i click the three lines to go to the main menu the app just completely crashes and i can’t load any previous lives or anything. It has been like this for 2 months how do i fix this

I opened the app and it is showing that I need to start a new life, but every time I click it it does nothing. I am also not able to click or open anything like the achievements, saved lives, etc.

My heirlooms aren’t working, I updated the app, go see heirlooms and it restarts the hour timer or it says available when I relaunch the app but it’s not

Saved lives feature not working correctly, when I reload the app it would go to a random life instead of the one I had clicked on, and for some more recent app restarts, it would just appear as a completely bugged out/corrupted screen. Somehow, this time, when I was trying to delete old saves that were refusing to delete and shouldn’t have even been there in the first place because I had killed them, it deleted them, but also deleted the life I had spent a while collecting heirlooms on. Well, I say it was deleted, but I can’t really know, since the saved lives tab is completely greyed-out. Fix your game BitLife, I would actually like to play it.

Keeps crashing after update two days (?) ago. Cant play at all. Just black screen and then back to desktop

Whenever I try to open the app it just pops up a black screen for a few seconds then closes out. This is especially frustrating because I JUST bought bitzen+god mode yesterday.

i cannot access the menu, with the three lines. it doesn’t work and hasn’t worked since a certain update which messed up everything (ribbons, achievements, etc).
