How to fix CBNA app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CBNA app on iPhone
Update CBNA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CBNA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CBNA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CBNA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CBNA Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CBNA not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CBNA App
1. On android, goto Settings » CBNA » click [Force Stop]

Update CBNA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CBNA App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CBNA » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CBNA.

Fix CBNA unable to contact server/ CBNA internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CBNA » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CBNA » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CBNA
