I have been trying to connect to play the game hayday, but it keeps saying connecting, but won’t.

Hay day will not load. It starts too and then just keeps trying. It has been like this for 2 days. Have never had problems with it before. My email for the game I’d b.debbie83@redacted but I only use that email for my Facebook account and anything or game I play thru it for security reasons. I think my I’d is debbie28
I can get into hay day but boots me out on my ipad
My Hayday farm just vanished about 30 minutes ago! I was approx. on level 150 & it just disappeared?? Please restore & advise ASAP!!

So this has happened twice I was level 29 and I finally made it to level 30 and I planted tomatoes and everything, cause that’s the level you unlock them I left the game and came back to it a bit later and I was back to level 29 but my tomatoes were still planted but it wouldn’t let me harvest them, so I had to redo level 29 and then I reach level 30 then I reach level 31 this is when you unlock Maggie the construction girl and I did some construction on my house and I leave the game I come back a little later back to level 30 but I can still click on Maggie anyways I just really need help with this.
I am unable to purchase anything! I have a current credit card as my main payment! When I go to buy diamonds or the next time I want to get farm pass! It shows an double click or slide bar that is out of reach for me to use! How do I correct this! It is on both my iphone and my iPad! My iPhone is brand new! Please help!

The game won't connect x 1 week. I have shut off phone and reinstalled ap to no avail.
I cannot access the neighborhood chat since i downloaded the update 3/28/23 on a Motorola phone.. I tried to turn off then on in the advanced settings and no luck. Any ideas?

I have been unable to access the diamond store for over two weeks now, also this issue means I cannot buy the farm pass, and cannot access your special offers, although this is saving me money, it also is making the game frustratingly unplayable. Hayday in game support has not been helpful, they just send a message say ' can't help', looking though the forum comments this is a massive problem for all people playing on a Kindle Fire, since the windmill fiasco, I would really appreciate it being sorted, thank you in advance...Helen
