-Separate new app was needed vs just making a update/rework.
-No notification window pop up saying “Hey there’s a new app, please click to download”.
-Removed the ability to at least see an icon from my local theater selected page.
-No easily-found option for the app to open directly to my “favorited” theater.
-Difficult to see your rewards card balance.
-Difficult to access tickets which are both buried under your “profile”.
-No option to open up, by default for that theatre.
Can't download the app
I purchased 4 passports for Harry Potter and cannot get them added to my account in the app. I'm using the directions in the email I received. The scanner will not scan them. When I manually enter the numbers I get a message "Unable to communicate with server. Please try again." I have been trying for the last 24 hours.
My Marcus app will not open.
