I set the alarm and it says I slept about a half an hour. It doesn’t show the amount of time I’m sleeping anymore. What could be wrong with it?

To resolve Sleepzy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Sleepzy App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sleepzy » click [Force Stop]

Clear Sleepzy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sleepzy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sleepzy.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sleepzy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sleepzy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Sleepzy
