I have a problem with HBO Max

- Swiping on the touchpad scrubs at a speed that makes it nearly impossible to move to an accurate time

- Removal of support for 15s skips

- Play Next Episode function is somewhat broken on both Apple TV and iOS

- Eliminated the black bars at the top and bottom, clipped the video, and made it full screen

- Video speed control not available

- App buffers for about every five minutes after that until the movie or show is complete

To resolve HBO Max network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the HBO Max App
1. On android, goto Settings » HBO Max » click [Force Stop]

Clear HBO Max App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HBO Max » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HBO Max.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HBO Max » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HBO Max » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HBO Max
