Search doesn't work on fire stick
Will no longer sync and habitually says an issue with Pro version although am paying.
Search does not work on TV. It does work on android phone and on my computer. I have the Pro version. It is not worth having on the TV if the search function does not work.

Search not working
Every time I look up a title it shows “not available on any of your streaming services” even though I have all my services checked AND it actually IS available! I have unchecked and rechecked my services twice as well as logged out and back in. Nothing has corrected the problem.
Most of items on watch list seem to have disappeared, and my streaming services are no longer connected.
Justwatch not syncing with active Prime Subscription Channels (requires rental or trial for active subscriptions).
Way too many bugs on Apple TV, crashes every time on home menu when you scroll down and intermittently crashes when you try to play on tv from the app.
I logged into the justwatch.com/ca but thee page is almost completely unresponsive. can't scroll down the site to view additional titles in either new or popular. Cannot select specific services ,only one highlighted the one I click on. Error occurred around the time chrome updated. There is no search function on the page. I have tried to see if the app will work on any other browsers - Firefox , safari , Edge. All fail to have the site work.
I have installed JustWatch on my iPhone, iPad, and Apple tv. However, the selections (watchlist) do not sync between them. Closing the apps and restarting, nothing seems to get the lists to sync. Anything else I can try? Regards, Wilko
I downloaded the justwatch app on my phone and PC and went through the setup on my PC, which included selecting all my streaming services, creating a watchlist and updating the episodes that I have watched. I then downloaded the app on my Samsung smart tv and went through 'Connect Your TV' process via my PC app. It seems when I did that it synced up my streaming services and watchlist, etc. It worked great for about 10 days and activated the correct streaming service then returned to justwatch app on my TV (and kept track of which episodes I watched). Since then all I get is the message 'something went wrong while we fetched the available streaming services in US (actually shows a picture of the US flag) Please check your network connection'. I have reinstalled the app but still get the same message. If I press the return function enough times it might eventually allow me to get into some of the other options (account, settings, etc), but it doesn't realize that I have selected the streaming services, watchlist, etc on my PC. How can I remedy this problem. I want to pay for the Pro version of the app if I can get it to work. The app seem awesome when it worked. Any suggestions?
TV will not connect with JustWatch but all other streaming services are working. JustWatch just says to check connection.
Haven't been able to use since last Thursday. List issue regardless of login method or PC or phone app. Help!

It keeps asking me to verify my email address which i have done a number of times. I do have acct set ip, but it keeps repeating the same verification message
I recently downloaded the app but it doesn’t open. Error message is add bootstrap and network error.
