Summary of FXNOW Problems 🔥

- Re-authentication requirements for the cable provider almost every time I jump out of the app.

- Screen turns to fit whatever way I’m holding it, the audio will cut out and not be replace until I shut down the whole app.

- Sometimes I’ll attempt to go back into things that I’ve watched before.

- Simpsons locked in portrait mode about half the time.

- Pause button doesn't always work.

- Scrubbing bar that shows my progress in the show goes away after 3 seconds.

- Completely gotten rid of Simpsons TV.

For several weeks the stream will pause, then pixelate, then resume & "catch up" to live broadcast.

FXNow for Roku does not load Live TV. I have deleted the app, Reinstalled the app. Logged out of the app and Logged back into the app. Made sure that the app and Roku are updated. Did a system restart of the Roku device. And still can not get FXNow to work. I have 3 Roku devices and none of them will load FXNow Live TV.

How to fix FXNOW app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FXNOW app on iPhone
Update FXNOW app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FXNOW iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FXNOW on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FXNOW network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FXNOW Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FXNOW not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FXNOW App
1. On android, goto Settings » FXNOW » click [Force Stop]

Update FXNOW to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FXNOW App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FXNOW » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FXNOW.

Fix FXNOW unable to contact server/ FXNOW internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FXNOW » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FXNOW » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
